Dr. Jay Horowitz is an incredible doctor! Dr. Jay Horowitz performed a tonsillectomy surgery for me and overall, the surgery went perfectly! The pain was minimal and the site of surgery healed very well. Dr. Jay Horowitz was able to answer the countless questions I had for him before and after the surgery and was also able to cool my nerves the day of. I have gone to Dr. Jay Horowitz in the past for other ENT purposes and his wit, professionalism, and kindness is what makes him so great and able to deliver supreme care. I recommend Dr. Jay Horowitz 100%!

The lady/ nurse in front office was rude and full of lies . She wasted my time saying she will schedule my next appointment and finally dint schedule appointment saying that I need to get audiology test before my appointment is scheduled . She doesn’t care to read notes to explain patients , can’t comment on doctor as they let me see the doctor . Very very rude and bad behavior from the front office lady .

I have to say that I am quite impressed with the office of Dr. Jay Horowitz. From the minute I walked in the door, I was greeted by reception and felt like I had visited the office before as each and every staff member was very welcoming. Ive been getting bad headaches for a few months now and decided to find out the reason, and Dr. Horowitz listened and made me feel at ease from my initial visit to my follow up. I HIGHLY recommend seeing the Dr H. if you are not feeling your best!

Dr. Horowitz is a very professional doctor.You can tell right from the start , he is very experienced and is aggressive in treating any issue . I was having severe nose bleeds for about a month and he was there for me every step of the way. He came to ER , provided treatment there . Followed up on Sunday’s and Saturday’s. He has done all the proper explaining and treatment that made me and my family feel very comfortable. Although I am still having bleeds here and there. I am confident that Dr. Horowitz will get to the bottom of it. I highly recommended him.

Dr Horowitz is just a quack. I visited his office with a cough that just wouldn’t stop. His recommendation was to just use over the counter medication. His office charged my insurance $200 for a surgery that never took place. I called his office to dispute this charge and was told that action by the doctor are billed as a surgery. I refused to pay and they wouldn’t take it off. I was forced to pay via collection. The problem I had was correctly diagnosed by another physician as Post Nasal Drip Cough and put me on proper meds and helped me recover. Dr. Horowitz seems only to be qualified to prescribe hearing aids. I wouldn’t recommend him for true ENT issues. If you buy your glasses at walmart/costco to save money you can probably save money by going to costco hearing aid center instead of this doctor.

This rating is not for the doctors... PLACES EXIST WITH BOTH GREAT STAFF AND DOCTORS AND THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM: I didnt even bother making an appointment after how rude the staff is. I just called to ask about the hours they are open and they treat you like trash. If the doctors do not have a welcoming professional staff, I do not care to be under their care; looking elsewhere. First impressions are important and to me the professionalism of the staff reflects on the doctor since you deal with them first. I guess they do not care about that here.

I have been to Dr. Horowitz and Dr. Kaplan. Both of them are amazing drs. Their beside manor, diagnoses and over all care is impeccable! They are thorough and take their time with you as an individual. i am a 2x kidney recipient and have a lot of experience with Drs! I have weeded out many Dr.S In my days!!!!!I TRUST THESE GUYS entirely!!

Dr. Horowitz took care of a problem I had for years in 15 minutes. Yes, he was a little sarcastic, but I didnt find it to be rude. I waited a little bit over half an hour to get in, so that wasnt bad. Overall, I would recommend him.

Absoloutley phenomenal. Dr.Horowitz was an absolute pleasure. He performed my tonsilectommy and I had no problems afterwards, my pain was at worst moderate but nothong tylenol extra strength could not handle. Would recommened to anyone!

3 days ago i underwent a tonsil adenoidectomy. While the process itself is very rough Dr. Kaplan has been great! All the pre-op appointments he was very professional and to the point, he showed me a diagram of what would be done and explained the entire process. The day after surgery St. Peters CARE center called to check in on me, yesterday Dr. Kaplans office called, and today he called to see how i was and answer my million questions. Yesterday I got nauseous from the pain medicine and within 20 minutes they called in a new script to the pharmacy. I am very pleased and would highly recommend Dr. Kaplan.

He is an amazing Physician and I recommend him 100 percent all the time.

I went to Doctor Jay because I had a pain in my ear he sent me to make ultra sound on my neck . Till now I dont know why he want ultra sound on my neck . He asked me to pay him $40 and for the ultra sound another $40 and the insurance paid the other fees and there was nothing in my neck and my ear still in pain , So I paid $80 without any reason
