The entire experience was great. The PTs were nice knowledgeable and concerned for your well-being. The PT assistants were all nice and helpful. The facility was neat, clean and all the equipment is in great shape.

I have been at JAG- ONE for one month as of today. This recurring injury (lower back/ hip issue) is finally being managed successfully due to the physical therapists and assistants who have been working with me consistently. They have worked together to tweak my plan to adapt to the days needs. I am very thankful for all those who work at this facility! Cheers to getting back the life that I love! (Adam has been great!)

I needed physical therapy for a bulging disc in my neck. I called Jag-one and was given an immediate appointment. I couldnt be happier with the treatment I have been receiving. They are new to this location, but not a new company. When I walked in I was greeted by Kelly who immediately brought me to see Rick Garcia, the Clinical Director at this location. My evaluation was extremely thorough and a treatment plan was developed. Every time I go back I am treated in a friendly manner upon arrival and given personal attention from Rick and any of the aides who are working. Every exercise that I am given is explained to me in detail, including the purpose of the exercise. I am supervised to make sure that I using proper form. I was given a home treatment plan. I am feeling so much better already, even though it has only been a short time that I am a patient. Rick spends time at every session with personal attention with either a massage, manipulation, stim treatment and sometimes even cupping. I highly recommend this facility and Rick in particular.

Having multiple surgeries and radiating pain, Rick has improved my lifestyle, pain and renewed my purpose. Having been a patient of PT throughout the years, I can attest to his quality, experience, dedication and knowledge; for that reason I travel from NY to continue with his treatment. New Brunswick, NJ is extremely lucky to have such an amazing, experienced and dedicated PT. Additionally, the staff (Kelly & Nicole) are a welcomed addition to an already well-oiled machine. Love this place! They are amazing with helping my mom who was hospital bed ridden. Staff is friendly, professional, &knowledgeable with hands-on-therapy. I see a huge improvement in my moms health. I have previously gone to other physical therapy places and JAG-ONE is at the very top of my list!!!

Best physical therapist ever! Great staff, relaxed environment, and accommodating hours. Ive been going to Ric for a few months now he helped me before my surgery and now after. Hes extremely knowledgeable and great to work with also very attentive to any patient in the room, even if a student is helping you he always comes by to make sure the right thing is being done. If Im having any pain during my session he knows right where its hurting before I even say anything! If it wasnt for Ric and his great staff I wouldnt be progressing as well and fast as I am. Anyone looking for a physical therapist look no further and come see Ric at JAG-ONE!!!!!!

Rick and is amazing staff make coming to therapy a breeze. I had shoulder surgery back in October and Im doing alot better much sooner then expected. Definitely recommend coming here if youre looking for a great place with super friendly and helpful staff!

I went in with what I thought was just a lower back injury. My Dr couldn’t understand why if it was a lower back injury I was not able to squat. Within minutes of meeting Rick, he was able to pin point the problem as not just a lower back issue, but a pelvis injury. He was able to put his hand on the exact spot the pain was radiating from. He surely loves his job and is completely dedicated to his patients. The whole staff is great. Very friendly and welcoming! 5 stars!!!

Ric is a great physical therapist, by far the best Ive ever had thru out my years of needing a physical therapist. I just had knee surgery, He is very knowledgeable and attentive. The facility is nice and staff is friendly. A++ service. Would recommend to anyone in need of a great physical therapist.
