The best (therapeutic) massage ever! I had been working long hours on my feet for several weeks to meet deadline. My body especially neck shoulder back were very tense, stiff, out of sorts. The woman worked very skillfully to loosen muscles and adjust joints/back. Im a big guy and the woman was literally standing on me at times to apply enough controlled force. I was more than happy to pay cash and give $20 tip or was it 40!

I initially called to book an appointment for my girlfriend and I and we were told to come for our appointment at 1pm. Upon arrival, we were turned away from the spa because they only service men. That was so odd, because we were not informed on the phone.we wasted our time by driving to the location only to be turned away. Avoid this spa by all means necessary.

Sometimes, I go to this place for massages because of my back and neck pain from computer. They always make me feel comfortable and relax. The staffs are very kind. There are enough parking spaces for customers so you do not need to worry about it during getting massage. I definitely recommend everyone to go to Swan spa :)

One of my worst massage experiences

Stopped in and my first time. Got a great one hour bodywork. Hand sanitizer and some alcohol spray used every spots necessary. Will return.

Very clean and comfortable establishment. Their staff is quite friendly. I got a deep tissue massage. Because I had some lower back pain, I told my masseuse and she made sure to target my pain spots. Very good experience and would definitely come back.

Unfortunately, I couldnt get the back massage that I very much needed after week after week of traveling for business. I walk in with a reservation and the silent, tranquil environment seemed nice. It was until I was told that they didnt accept Credit Cards, suddenly, that I had to walk to the nearest ATM to retrieve cash. After retrieving cash, I was told that theres another customer and that I should remain silent and come back later (around 2 hours later.)The practice of the Swan Spa that I have observed has demonstrated to me that there may be some suspicious activity happening at this business. Without further discussing legality, it is straightforward when I say that I will avoid this place and go by the notion that if it looks suspicious, it probably is and, in the future, if I see something, I will say something.

Nice massage and friendly staff. I love this new management. Their customer care is top notch.

0 stars if I could. Remember they are cash only which they fail to mention over the phone. This place is Very suspicious . Like another “massage parlor” in the area, after several complaints made to the proper agencies, this place is currently being investigated.

The Staffs are friendly. The location is convenient. My therapist was very conscious about my trouble areas and her techniques accordingly. I would definitely be recommend and will returning.
