Yesterday I had my first professional massage at Acupressure Therapy-Therapeutic. Although I dont have any other massage experience to compare to, her massage was outstanding. Her office was clean, the room was peaceful and relaxing, and the table was super comfortable. She is friendly, courteous, and very skilled. She seemed to know exactly the right amount of pressure to apply to different areas. The amount of relaxation I experienced during the massage was indescribable. She put me in such a state of calm, as I melted into the table. If you are ever thinking of giving massage a try, give her a call. Your mind and body will be thankful you did! I found Tina on Groupon. I have been to other places for massages, but this was way better than any other place. Her suite is quiet and peaceful; she was skillful with her hands and knew the exact amount of pressure to use. I am so happy I found her and will be returning for more massages. This is the place! I’ve had massages before but never with the skill and care I get here. The office is peaceful and clean. Not only does Dina use a variety of methods to target my pain, she goes over every issue afterwards and works until they’ve all been addressed properly. I’ve never felt so relaxed during or after a massage before. I work out regularly and hurt myself from time to time. Dina has helped me get back to the gym quickly and with no pain. She’s also helped with other problems doctors said I would have to live with. I highly recommend this place.

After months of expensive physical therapy and my knee pain getting worse a friend recommended I try acupressure. The first time I went I was limping from my knee pain. The massage and accupressure was amazing. The therapist focused on my knee however told me the problem was from my lower back down to my foot. After just two visits the knee pain was gone. She is very precise and managed the whole source of my pain in addition to where I felt it the most. I have been going to her for the past few weeks and I feel better.Her techniques are different than the typical swedish massage available elsewhere. You usually feel a little better right after the massage and a lot better a few days later. She also offers swedish style massage if that is what you want.The facility is clean and she uses towels to drape you in case you are bashful and she is comfortable and strong enough to massage through your clothing.Her office is conveniently located in a wellness center with plenty of parking in East Brunswick NJ just minutes away from exit 9 on the turnpike. You have to pay first on your first visit.

I am so happy to discover Acupressure Therapeutic Massage. As a competive bodybuilder, I am always trying to stay injury free and to be able to perform in the gym at the top of my game. She works with you, feeling where your pain is through acupressure then applying different techniques of Swedish, deep tissue and sports massages she works through the knots, fascia build up and loosens up the soreness. I also have a chronic elbow injury and now have no further pain and better mobility. Most times I’ve walked out of massages either feeling beat up or not feeling anything. Here, I can continue to get through my day, I feel good and my training sessions don’t suffer, it’s a win! She offers a clean, comfortable environment and one of the best places to go if you are in pain, or just need a massage, this is the place to come! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
