Nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get into contact with Dr. Plumser. I received my results from my endoscopy several days after my procedure and the doctor did not reach out to me until ONE WEEK after. I continued to call the office because I was concerned about the results, they did not even want to send over my patient evaluation. I have been trying to get into contact with the office for 3 days now to request my records, no one has answered and it seems the office is closed which DOES NOT make sense because it clearly states on their website (which is never updated) that they should be open. I have sent multiple emails which have never been responded to. PLEASE DO NOT SEEK MEDICAL ADVICE FROM THIS PRACTICE !! They obviously are completely disinterested in their patients and seems like they just want your services so they can make some $$$ off you.

Dr. Plumser was no help after my colonoscopy. Telling me I have spastic colon, he said to eat more fiber. When I told him I eat a lot of fiber, he scoffed and said I “need six servings”! He was rude and dismissive. He treated me like I was totally ignorant about my health, instead of being respectful and caring. Not good.

Horrible place dr costa particularly doesnt listen to his patients thinks himself superior and has an attitude that his patients have no idea what they are talking about when they are having a repeating condition that they have cleared up before waste of time and money
