Dr. Surgan and his office staff should be teaching a course at a medical school on how to run a medical practice. Dr. Surgan takes his time and listens to the patient. The office staff goes above and beyond with insurance and pharmacy issues.

I called the office hoping to become a new patient. I believe the woman I spoke to was Jennifer and she was nothing but nice and courteous. She called my insurance for me and got me the information I needed right away. Although I will not be able to be their patient due to my insurance. I had a great experience over the phone.
