Went to Urgent Care for a rapid test and everyone was extremely helpful! The doctor was so nice and went the extra mile to even check my lungs to make sure they sounded good. Will definitely come back!

Brunswick Urgent Care has provided me with nothing but the absolute best care. The providers are incredibly sympathetic and take their time to listen to why you are there. Very easy and fast Intake process with the girls at the front desk who also greet you very kindly as soon as you open the door. Highly recommend this facility to everyone! 10/10

Great experience years ago when I had flu. Recently went and not happy, and that was a second chance. Went for a UTI earlier this year and advised to call if the pain continued. I followed their instructions and no one even called back. Ended with bladder infection - hospital.Decent front desk staff. The PAs and doctors could be better. Some lack bedside manners. My last visit PA ***** opened the door after dismissing me, never asks if I have questions, open the door and then proceeds to ask me about my existing health issues and medications. This should have been asked before handing out prescriptions?? A patient should not have to beg for quality care, professional interaction and compassion. Not worth my $50 copay. Will go elsewhere.

My experience was great from start to finish. Minimal wait time and friendly staff. Nurse Jenna took care of me today. She was EXCELLENT!! I will come here for all of my non emergent medical needs from now on.

I visited facility today, to be honest they have decent front office. PA that I saw today was so mean, and careless she told me that she sent my prescription to pharmacy it was 4:00 pm I went to pharmacy and wait for half hour, she didn’t send it after calling and left messages they called at 8:00 pm to say they gonna send prescription to pharmacy + when I asked P A for proof with diagnosis for my work “she said we don’t make that” it was really mean!

I have been coming to this office for the past two years and I am so thankful for the nurses who helped me today, and the wonderful doctor who saved my life. I’d like to give a special shout out to Dr. Dallhoff and the nurses Jenna, Zeynah, and Skylar.

This has been my 2nd time here and it was very quick and efficient. Everyone says hello and is very friendly. It is so nice to go to an urgent care, when your primary doctor is closed and you don’t have to feel that anxiety because you feel so comfortable. Kudos to the bedside manner of all!

I stopped in this week (with no appointment) The two girls at the front desk were pleasant and greeted me immediately. I signed in, they took my copay and I was in a room within 10 minutes of walking through the door. I was seen by Cindy, she was excellent and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire exam from start to finish. Two days after my initial visit she even took time to call me and thoroughly explain everything. You can tell she actually cares about her patients, and that is extremely hard to find these days. I definitely recommend this location if you cannot get an appointment with your PCP.

My husband & I went there on Saturday night. We had an appointment at 7:11 & 7:14pm. We had a wonderful experience. Front desk / receptionist girl gave us great services! Dr. Kapitanyan is an excellent doctor & listened to what we had to say! We were very pleased & confident of the care they provided! It was absolutely amazing. My family and I use BUC often for illness or injury. The doctors and office staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. They also have a quick turnaround time for Covid tests. I highly recommend this practice and refer others to them often.

DO NOT frequent this establishment. all you can expect is a student doctor, basically using your health issues or concerns as practice for something else. if you want to see a doctor, I suggest finding another establishment. also there is no discount for this. so you pay top dollar for someone without top knowledge. if you would like to be charged for sub par service, wait hours on end and another half hour to hour once you get in the actual room, come here, they can make that all happen. Im certain Im not the only one. good luck to all.

Went there because I feel and found out I broke my foot. When the doctor told me I can go back to work the next day I was shocked. I was now in a boot, could not put pressure on my foot and when I questioned her and asked for a day or two until I get an ortho appt she told me she LEGALLY cannot put me out of work. She told me only workmens comp or the ortho can do that. I was told both HR and workmans comp that that is not true and to call her back to. I called them twice, left two messages and NO ONE is returning my calls. Sad, because I heard they had a good reputation....well, guess I wont be going back.

Making an appointment online was impossible, a call to the office was not helpful at all. When we did walk in the office the staff was less than helpful all they did was give us snappy useless comments.I was very disappointed with Brunswick Urgent Care.We ended up going to Central Jersey Urgent Care where they were happy to cater to our medical emergency.

Went in for a covid test. The nurse Jenna who helped me was quick, efficient and very helpful.

I had a terrible experience with the company overall, not just one location. Long story short I was tested for Covid-19, and received a call the morning after I tested positive. The results were never uploaded to Quest (their 3rd party lab) and I needed the documentation for work. I finally got a hold of someone a week after being tested and asked for my results to be printed out there or faxed to my employer. The person I spoke with said I had a different result than when I was called by a doctor last week. So the office staff and management were very professional and did what they could to help me. Unfortunately that does not make up for the stress Ive been put through, the money Ive lost from being out of work, etc. I personally do not recommend going here.

The doctors here as well as the staff or so courteous and friendly. I was there for my son’s appointment and they were so nice with kids. Also, even though there were many patients, they were able to get us in within 20mins.

If you’re getting a COVID test here, don’t bother making an appointment. They don’t honor covid test appointment times and you will end up waiting longer than if you had just walked in. I waited for over an hour to get COVID tested. I recommend you get tested elsewhere or walk in and go bck home or shop while you wait.

I had a 4:40 appointment, was told 45 minutes to be brought in- i just needed a Covid test to get back to work. 2 hours later I’m still waiting in my car I’ve asked more than once when i can come in they keep saying soon and that it’ll be quick after i get called back! I work in the medical field also so i understand wait times but this is too much! The doctor nurse and front desk staff were all nice bit i won’t come back because of wait times..

I came here with my 4 children to get PCR tests. First time getting that done so we were all a bit nervous but Dr. Dallhoff made our experience so comfortable. She was fast, friendly and put us all at ease. Before we knew it were out and all done. The whole experience, from making appointments to getting our results in the turnaround time promised was great! I highly recommend this place. Thank you Dr. Dallhoff and the rest of the staff we encountered during our experience there for being true professionals and so passionate and friendly. We had a true positive experience and wouldnt hesitate to go back there when needed.

I saw Dr. Hackbart today in tears with unbearable neck pain. She was so sweet and caring. Explained to me what was going on and treated me for this pain at this visit. I highly recommend Brunswick Urgent Care. Thank you Dr. Hackbart.

Went to Brunswick Urgent Care today for covid19 testing. I had originally had a 7pm appointment but was easily able to reschedule earlier in the day. With ANY urgent care/covid19 testing site, the wait is a little long, however, you should always anticipate total amount of time waiting/being see to take over an hour. You are able to wait in your car upon being seen and receive a call to come in to be seen. The staff I saw today were fantastic! Super nice and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in the area! Thank you so much!!

This was not ok!My mother in law came for a CPR test for corona to fly back to her country. Made a appointment for 4pm. Had to get a ride because I had a newborn baby at home. She waited a Hour and a half! Called them up and they said at a urgent care you could wait up to a hour. What was the point of the appointment?! Her ride had to wait for a hour and a half! Not ok!Definitely do not recommend for CPR test and visitors from different countries.Most definitely will NEVER come back here. There are a thousand different Urgent cares on 18. No love lost here.

After leaving several messages about a billing error and not hearing back from anyone I was quite frustrated. I reached out again and spoke to an AMAZING staff member in the billing department . Peggy I just wanted to say she not only calmed me down but she immediately looked into the billing issue and within 2 days had it corrected. The other night I went to the East Brunswick location of Brunswick Urgent Care and was quickly seen by a PA named Genna who was very knowledgeable and had wonderful bedside manner. I originally went in with an urgent issue, and not only was that diagnosed and treated properly, but she had found and treated an underlying issue as well. I am very pleased with the care I received at Brunswick Urgent Care and will be recommending Genna to my friends and family. Thanks again!

Thank you for your clarification for the concern I posted below.My under-20-years son visited this place for throat pain/possible infection, and was prescribed steroid pain medication. It was a bit disturbing to see Steroid painkiller being prescribed for something so common, as they are known to be highly addictive, especially in young people.

Very good personal, very good doctors, nice and very professional and pleasant.I did PCR test twice I was very scared before I go there because I use blood thinner but Dr. Cindy and another doctor forgot his name, did the test for me both of them are great. Did the test two times one before each eye surgery.I recommend that place for COVID-19 testing or any midical issue

I went here for the first time a couple weeks ago for an eye an infection and Blood work. The Staff was so friendly and professional. Very clean. I’m used to going to other urgent cares where I am passed around to 5 different nurses and lucky enough to see a doctor for a total of maybe 60 seconds, so being cared for by one nurse and one doctor who spent quality time listening to what I said was refreshing. Would absolutely come back here. Great service

This used to be my go to urgent care. However, it seems like they changed the process regarding covid testing. Results used to come back within 2-4 days. My last visit (Monday) I was told that Quest would be the lab to check for results. I was tested monday. It is now Sunday and I have no results. I called the urgent care and was told to call Quest for my results. Quest has no results. Very inconvenient.

The front desk and staff are the best!!!!! Raquel is a sweetheart worker. Full recommended to anyone. That’s customer service. Really appreciate the service.

I can’t express enough gratitude to my doctor, Cindy Hackbart! I met her years ago at Bucks County Family Practice and have stuck with her since. She’s so personable! She takes the time to get to know her patients and has never steered me wrong. I came in and ask for bloodwork and exrays .THATS ALL I WANTED . I had a torn tendon in both shoulders and an unrelated knee injury.as the Dr came in and ask how the left shoulder happened. I said at work at that point the examination was over. and became a lecture on reporting accidents to HR. I ask what about the knee? It had nothing to do with work he would not even look at it. I tried to explain that I needed bloodwork regardless but he kept interrupting and just would not hear me . He told me..that sux about the knee you probably over used it and motion his paperwork in a way suggesting I leave. I needed the bloodwork to find out if mabie its a sickness rather than injury that caused the tendon to tear. Im hurt.im scared.and THIS is the care I received at Brunswick urgent care

Was seen at this location yesterday morning for red & watery eyes. I was previously seen at another local urgent care twice and my allergist for this problem, which only provided me with unsuccessful treatments. This place was the BEST! They had great hours (my PMD is only accepting telemed calls currently), the office was clean, and they had several protocols in place in response to the current pandemic.

I can’t say enough good things about this office. The receptionists are always so friendly and helpful as are the techs and doctors. Dr. Dallhoff is my absolute favorite. She’s so knowledgeable and her bed side manner is off the charts. I wish she could be my regular MD! She’s helped me with several medical issues and I know I’m always in good hands with her. Everyone there is just so amazing & im so grateful to all of them for everything they do & their warming and welcoming atmosphere😊

Came here a few weeks ago for a DOT physical. Staff was very thorough and process was very easy. Overall great experience.

I cant say enough positive things about this place. I have been coming here with my kids for years. I saw a woman I attended school with, and she was sitting at the front desk yet very helpful. Every time I went here, I left here more than satisfied. The woman that started at the front desk wound up being a medical assistant and helping myself or my kids in the room. She later went on to be a nurse. Kerri has been such a positive experience for myself and my family from day 1. The providers are wonderful, taking their time to listen to you. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Dr.s and nurses were great. I was just a little surprised that the front desk never asked me why I was there. I was told if I lived close by I could go home and waite for a call as it was an hour and a half waiting time. I looked at her and showed her my hand wrapped in ice and told her Im actively bleeding. Then she said Oh let me check with a nurse. Needless to say I was taken right in and sutured up. I work in the field and there are still normal life emergencies outside this COVID-19 crisis. First time this has happened. I still highly recommend them.

Horrible!!! Still waiting for results 5 days later!Said it would take 15 minutes. Took 3 hours!!They advertise Rapid tests but don’t have them!They ignore emails and phone calls!!

Front desk was helpful and caring and accommodating with a change in my appt time and location last minute. Nurse was also helpful and efficient. Downside is their website is vague about COVID-19 testing types. Be advised that if you select “COVID 19” testing that it is only.a PCR test and that rapid tests are only given to those flying out of the country or in need of quick results if having a surgical procedure. If you do not fall under that category do not expect a rapid test. For this lack of clarity on their website and inconvenience it caused, 3 stars.. Cannot speak to their medical service abilities as I did not receive services.

We had a terrible experience in East Brunswick place in October. My daughter had headache, back and muscle pain. Ive explained to a nurse that we have a person in a house who is out of the chemo recently. Nurse refused to hear as out based on our involvement in car accident several days prior. She made her diagnosis - it is an accident related. She refused to accept our insurance ignoring my explanation that my car insurance and medical are linked. She was rude and pointed out my 16 years old daughter out of the room to complete payment. At a front desk, Ive completed $110 card payment for visit and we were back to the same room. Unfortunately, Doctor even did not consider COVID and told as it is accident related since nurse would not stop talking behind the door about a car accident. We left with no help provided. My daughters symptoms continued. On about a week later my daughter was confirmed with COVID by the same facility -- we went there for COVID test. TERRIBLE. Training for medical personal recommended.

Had a recent experience with Dr. Phan. I was extremely disappointed in the way he handled me and his bedside manners I didn’t know if the tightness in my chest and being winded was related to my recent covid. He made me feel stupid for going and getting checked out. He was rude, abrupt and dismissive and basically rushed me out. I would not recommend going to see him.

This place was worth it! I chose this place after checking out the reviews of different local urgent cares that do covid tests. Surprisingly, I got the test results the next day! I initially thought it would take a few days longer judging by the reviews. Also, this place is very clean and spacious, while the front desk is courteous and prompt. I also like that patients can wait in the car until its time for them to be seen.I was seen by Raquel and Dr. Maureen Dallhoff who were both very kind and answered all my questions. The wait for the doctor was a little longer compared to other times Ive been to urgent cares, but no biggie. It helped to have my phone to keep my occupied. Also, I probably could have saved time checking in if I reserved a spot online. Otherwise, this went well :)

Brunswick Urgent Care is the go to place for our family! The office itself is beautiful and extremely clean. Never feel like we are going to walk out with more germs than we came in with!! The entire staff is always sweet and professional! The doctors see you promptly and offer great care! They also always follow up to see how you are feeling after your visit which is a really nice touch!

I’ve brought my daughter to Brunswick Urgent Care for a broken arm, a burn, and now for an IV injection. Every time I have brought her here they have treated my daughter like their own.The office is clean, the staff are all so friendly, and it’s always a much faster alternative than the hospital. Would recommend this facility to anyone looking for urgent care in the area.

My husband and I recently had to go in for some bad cold/sinus infection symptoms. We loved that we were able to make the appointments online ahead of time. Check in was quick, easy and we waited less than 5 minutes to be seen. All the staff were very nice and friendly and the facility was very clean. Will definitely be back, but hopefully not too often!

Place was a big waste of time, rude an uncaring. Give you no info online an what the do have online is false and misleading. And you make an appointment an still wait an hour for them jus to say sorry we can’t help you goodbye. Never go there again! If I could give no starts I would. And by the way I all my info from your website and staff!

Just visited this place for the first time. Everyone was so friendly and it was so much easier then going to my doctor. Was in and out quick and they even let even let you check in online. Genius!

Terrible service. Arrived at clinic at 2.55. Was told to wait in the car for about 40 mins. I called and was told to wait 20 mins. Then received a call after 5 mins and was told to go to Room 7. In room 7 i was totally firgotten until a lady came in. It was 4 20pm. Finally got the test.I tried to schedule online last week but one can make appoinments only one day prior.Terrible experience!!!!

Excellent care highly recommended. I checked in with the receptionist; let her know I was stepping out to Starbucks to get some coffee and come back. The wait times was pretty reasonable. after my short wait, the medical assistant seated me and took my vitals; the doctor came in and did a thorough exam diagnosed my broken toe with an x-ray —provided the treatment and I walked out— the whole entire experience was extremely pleasant; And they took my insurance.

Last week I was suffering from a URI. I went to the urgent care center feeling horrible. I was promptly examined by Genna K. The PA. After a through check up she diagnosed my illness and proscribed medication. I started feeling better the next day and a full recovery followed. The professional caring manner that I was treated with was way above my expectations. I will definitely return if the need arises.

The worst urgent care I ever visitMy 6 years son was bleeding and his finger was broken and he was crying and screaming front on the nurses and they asked me to wait 2 hours to check him and they said you have to wait your turn and all the people in the reception said he can go now because his kid and she refused to let my son in and she start yelling me and she said take your son to the emergency... if you bleeding or you are hurt don’t go to this horrible place

After visiting this urgent care several times, GENNA, the Physician Assistant (PA) has become my first stop in health care. I have been to this urgent care over the last three years for multiple issues including broken bones, bike crashes, fatigue, hearing issues and illness for both myself and my family members and GENNA has always been thorough and accurate in her diagnosis and care. Her ability to ask all the right questions and connect all the dots make her the perfect first, and usually last, stop in unfortunate health care crisis. Everyone from the front desk, to the nurses, up to the doctors have been exceptionally kind. In addition, the facility’s cleanliness and convenience are unmatched!

Certainly one of the best doctor visit experiences I have had. The staff was caring and kind. I will be recommending my family as well. Thank you!

Only Urgent Care I go to or would bring my kids too. Front desk staff is always pleasant and attentive and Doctors and Nurses are great. The follow up is something I appreciate too.

It is a clean place and doctors are good. They however have a crazy system of appointment. The system gives you a time. If you reach early, they will not see you till that time. Other walk-ins who have not signed in online but have come after you, will get called in. So think twice before checking online. You sign in early because you are sick and do not want to wait, but if you reach early will find other walk-ins who have come after you, and not checked in, getting attended to before you. They need to fix this system.

We have used Brunswick Urgent Care for many years for our entire family. The staff is always friendly and the practice is clean and comfortable. Even as a walk in this past weekend we didn’t wait long to be seen and now you can book an open time slot online! We saw Dr. Rajesh Geria and he evaluated and treated my husband for an upper respiratory issue, he is so thorough and attentive. The practice even makes outreach after your visit to see how you are feeling. Highly recommend!

Genna Kipnis, PA, has been a life saver in my care. I use Brunswick Urgent Care, specifically Genna, not only for normal illnesses; but also for back issues as well as mental health. I can’t say enough good things about the facility as well as Genna’s care, bedside manor, knowledge and professionalism. Five stars is not enough!

I was in last week with severe foot pain and after not being able to get into my orthopedist for over a week, Genna examined me and with a quick X-ray, diagnosed that I had a broken foot! She gave me a very high-end boot, suggested I follow up with my orthopedist and sent me on my way but not before I also got my flu shot! This is not the first time Genna and the staff took care of me in this facility. I always know I’m going to get the best care in a clean environment!
