Their top priority is MONEY, MONEY, and MONEY. Not sure where children fall but it’s certainly not important to them based on their actions. I will never go back to this children-come-last-practice.My 6yr old went to their practice for an exam. The front desk said that our insurance probably isn’t covered so we had to pay full price cash up front. I told them that we are covered and you are in network, let me give you by group ID, and they wouldn’t even listen to it. They said you must pay 100% cash up front or we won’t see your child, but you can probably file a claim with your insurance provider.Completely unwilling to work with you. It’s unfortunate that at some point in these evil people’s career’s, they probably started off wanting to help people. I wonder what happened.
