Not One, but ZERO stars. Do not go here. Unprofessional staff. I listened to the doctor make a personal call for over an hour. I had to go back to work. I waited weeks to see the doctor and never got to see the him, and had to ask for my copay back. I have never had to do that before. No wonder I was the only person in the office. I should have assumed that this place was trash based on the amount of clientele.

I had to wait seven weeks for my first appointment, even though my referring doctor said it was very urgent and to give me the first cancellation. On my first visit I had to wait one hour. On my second visit I had to wait 2 hours. I was polite and casual, and calmly asked how much longer it would be, and did I have time to step outside and make a phone call? The person at the desk was rude, defensive and self-righteous, and said it was my fault that I had to wait so long (?!). Never an apology from anyone there, including the doctor. Dr. Lazar was pleasant & relaxed and asked me questions, but there was no sense of urgency to help my terrible pain, or discover the reason. I have now found another doctor who discovered abnormalities in my nerves and blood test on the first visit. And her staff is polite.
