I love Dr Klots. She has helped me through tough times and has been extremely helpful and thorough. Very professional…. I wish I could say the same for her staff!!! She’s rude and forward!!! I left after 20 years because of his situation. It’s shame they let a “B” run the show and cause patients to leave. It’s very disturbing. I’m very upset over this and so hurt but life goes on….

Dr. Klots may be an excellent doctor, but unfortunately we could never find out. The front office staff was so rude and unprofessional that dealing with them raises ones blood pressure to the point of needing immediate medical attention. Save yourself the heartache, and go see a doctor whose front office staff understands what customer service means.

I took my mother here recently. The front desk is extremely friendly and helpful. The doctor is very personable and makes the patient feel comfortable. She is also very thorough and informative. I highly recommend Dr. Klots.

Dr. Klots is a great doctor, very knowledgeable and attentive.Unfortunately there is a problem in her office, and that problem is her unprofessional, aloof, and sometimes rude receptionists. When one of them was abrasive with my husband and I for the first time, we decided to let it go: maybe she was having a bad day.The next time we were there we were told that the appointment we’d made is not in their computer, and we should go home. Today my husband called the office to ask a question, and after 2 min the receptionist told him that she has no time to speak with him. We understand that she might’ve been busy, however there are many ways to be more polite with the patient.As a dental professional I am quite familiar with the ethical/behavioral codes the receptionIsts should follow, so is my husband. That is why we feel thoroughly disappointed.It is very unfortunate that the receptionist’s rudeness effected negatively our experience with the doctor.

Dr. Klots is a very thorough, kind, attentive family physician. I have utilized her services for several years, she is very on top of YOUR health. I have recommended her to several people who have told me that not only is she very nice but her office staff also. And that the staff does not overbook the appointments so that the Doctor can give you the necessary time to listen and treat you with the utmost care and respect.

Always nice and timely! This was my doctors office for many years. Dr. Klotz is a really nice, and caring doctor. The office is always clean, and everyone is friendly to you. Its a positive atmosphere. I dont know how it is now, but the last time I was there a few years ago, copayments had to be made in cash, since they didnt have a credit card machine. Perhaps thats changed now.

Ive been a patient for years. The staff is super friendly, super professional and you can tell Dr. Klotz truly cares about her patients. A+

And when the doctor found out, she didn’t even care!MOST PEOPLE HEAR ONLY BAD THINGS ABOUT HER. please, save your time and refer to another physician.
