Scheduled an appointment on Aug 24th called today to confirm and was told no appointment is on the book even tho we waited 2 weeks and this was an urgent case. Was on hold with the receptionist for 45 min after which i was told Dr. Aronson wont make time to see us today and wont see us due to not having hospital records which the office was supposed to request. Took off my last available day off for this and even with all the errors which were made by this office was not offered any solution. Receptionist finally hung up on me and they wouldnt answer the 4 calls i made after that. This office and the doctor dont care about their patients. Office did not take a smidge of responsibility for the stress, torture, and lost wages that they have caused us. Lost yourself 2 patients.

The staff was pleasant it was my first time having a colonoscopy when i woke up the doctor was right there with a smile on his face and told me everything was ok
