I had a great experience at Oral surgery group in East Brunswick Office. Dr Prabhu did a wonderful job on my implant surgery. He made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Also the staffs and the nurses are very friendly, caring and pleasant. I am looking forward for my 2nd implant surgery in 4 months!!

Dr. Richard Stern was absolutely amazing, he made me feel very comfortable and I felt back to normal the next day after surgery. I only had some minor discomfort from my gums healing after having my wisdom teeth removed. Overall experience is 5 stars it’s a little over a week later and I’m all healed up and drinking from straws again. Definitely would recommend him to anyone needing oral surgery!

I am totally in love with professionalism and kindness of Dr. Angel. I had 3 wisdom teeth removals and was pretty anxious about it. Dr. Angel was patient and understanding with me, he explained everything precisely and offered the best way to do the procedure. I was prepared to suffer from pain and swollen face, but the truth is that there was none of that. The recovery went smoothly and even no painkillers were taken, just need to follow the after procedure instructions. The overall experience was unexpectedly great. Dr. Angel is absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend this practice for my friends and family.

3 days late on a payment because I was overwhelmed due to moving and an extremely sudden death in the family and I get a call from them like Im actively trying to stiff them. Extremely rude, especially when I always pay on time and pay extra when possible.

They got me right in and made sure to take care of my tooth extraction right away with no pain. They follow up with u at the end and tell you what to do after to feel no pain or other issues. Very nice staff!

The number usually doesnt work and if you are lucky to get answered on your calls, be ready to be on hold for 20-30min. It has happened twice to us and hence decided to change the dental surgeon.

Wonderful overall experience from start to finish. I had my wisdom teeth removed and did develop a complication about two weeks later on a Saturday evening. Even though the office was closed, I was able to get in touch with a doctor who talked me through everything and got me on the schedule first thing Monday to come in in person. Doctors and nurses were extremely professional and kind and I highly recommend anyone to use Oral Surgery Group.

I called today for a painful broken tooth I had. They got me an appointment 45 mins later. I have never had a tooth pulled and was horrified to say the least. The moment I walked in, the girls at the front desk were prompt and very kind. I did not wait long to be taken to the back to see the surgeon. I explained to him I was very nervous and he and the two girls with him were so very nice. He made sure I was numb and did not feel anything! I was so amazed that I made it so much worse then it was. I would recommend coming to this office for anyone who has anxiety over having a procedure done. Start to finish, I can not say enough positive words about this office staff. I’ve been very happy with my multiple visits to this practice. I spent many years working as a dental assistant and I’m extremely particular which doctors I go to. Despite the fact that I’ve had some emergencies, and let’s face it, going to an oral surgeon is not ‘fun’ Dr. Engle and staff have always made me super comfortable and took excellent care of me.

Was nervous to have two of my wisdom teeth removed, especially during the pandemic, but Dr. Michael Stern and his team made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. The office was clean and new and followed all the recommended safety protocols. When I called to schedule my consultation appointment, they were very helpful answering any questions that I had. At my consultation appointment, Dr. Stern explained to me the entire process, what to expect for the oral surgery, and the recommended treatment. From the moment I met him and his team, I knew that I would be taken care of as a family member. Prior to the oral surgery, his team sent over an estimate of what my dental insurance was expected to cover and to give me an idea what out of pocket expenses to expect and plan for. On the day before the oral surgery, his team called to go over any concerns I had and to explain what I needed to do to prepare for the oral surgery. If you choose IV sedation like I did, you will be required to have someone drive you to and from the appointment and to stay in the office or in the car to wait for you. On the day of the oral surgery, Dr. Stern and his team made me feel comfortable. I was administered IV sedation and the next thing I knew the extraction was completed. His team explained the post-operative care procedures in detail and answered any questions we had. They provided me with gauze to use for any bleeding afterwards and prescriptions for pain relievers and antibiotics. Took the antibiotics as required, but luckily, I experienced little to no pain afterwards and only had to take a couple of Tylenol as a precaution. Dr. Stern and his team did an outstanding job and are very professional. I would highly recommend them if you require wisdom teeth extraction.

The best doctor ❤ ever!!!!! I was terrified to have my tooth removed. My anxiety level was off the charts. I cried walking into the room. The doctor entered so pleasant, so calm, very warming and caring. He said everything will be okay. My nervousness was overwhelming,. The doctor said Im going to give you some oxygen. Well all was fine going forward. He took such great care of me. . I am so happy and pleased with his wonderful work performed. My mouth is feeling so much better.. He really took great care of me. My fourteen year old son needed wisdom teeth pulled which can be an anxious experience for both the parent and child. However, Dr. Stern and his entire office made the experience as painless as possible for both of us. Dr. Stern was so personable, informative, and friendly that he put us at ease quickly. The entire staff helped us get in and out quickly for each appointment. It was such a great experience that it was a no brainer to make an appointment with them for my 9 year old since she needs a consult as well.

I saw Dr. Amy Tanchyk 2 days ago for wisdom teeth removal. I was very nervous and she made me feel SO at ease. She explained everything she was going to do before she did it and made me feel so comfortable. It is now two days later, and I have yet to feel ANY pain. I highly recommend this group to anyone who is a bit apprehensive about tooth extraction.

I got all my wisdom teeth out. There was little to no pain at all and I healed within 2-3 days. Very good job and very helpful/caring.

Dr Michael Stern deserves to be the president of the United States. This morning I was so anxious, I was crying in the waiting room, and when I got in the room he made me feel so at ease. He explained everything to me, answered my 100000000 questions with compassion, was quick but skilled, and the best doctor ever. I held off for 2 years and I should have went sooner because it was such a piece of cake. Also I had a nerve close to one of my teeth and he was so confident. I love Dr. Mike and all their staff, especially Fizah.... she is so incredibly sweet and patient as well.

The Dr was absolutely wonderful. I could not have been happier with the two surgeries performed. Unfortunately they made several errors in quoting the price for the services and after I paid them twice in full for the exact amount they requested, they then proceeded to mail me an invoice for payment beyond what they quoted me twice. Very disappointed that they would not own up to their errors and then demand a minimal amount of money to clear up their repeated errors. Certainly not about the money, but the principal that you shouldn’t charge one price and then not stand by what I had asked twice to confirm before the surgeries were performed.

I had a really bad infected wisdom tooth and the pain was so intense. I have a very severe fear of the dentist so i literally waited until the pain was just too much to even try to deal with. I called the Oral Surgery Group Saturday morning and within a hour I was sitting in the chair with no wait. Dr. Stern made me feel so comfortable and he was so patient with me even when I was acting like a big baby. He is definitely an AWESOME doctor n I HIGHLY recommend him!!!! The nurse was awesome too. Dr. Richard Stern removed all 4 impacted wisdom teeth from my son. The whole procedure lasted less than an hour. The recovery was fast with minimal pain. Dr. stern and staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of an oral surgeon.

My wisdom tooth surgery at Oral Surgery Group went better than I could have hoped. Dr. Simos has great bedside manner and made me feel very comfortable while I was going under sedation. At 27, I’m older than the average person getting their wisdom teeth out but experienced no issues. It’s been 10 days and I’ve been eating normal food for a few days. Overall, I’m very happy with the work Dr. Simos and the Oral Surgery Group team did and would recommend them.

I am very appreciative of Dr.M Stern (the doctor who did my procedure), the woman who prepped me Jennifer and the rest of the staff.I had a wisdom tooth with a cavity break and it began cutting my gums. For days Ive tried asking anyone in the state to see me. Shortened hours and a reluctance to take new patience were all I got. Finally, i was able to get a hold of the Oral surgery group and they even took me the same day as i had alot of pain. On top of the fact that we are in the middle of social distancing. Understandably, they were quite busy but everyone was in good spirits.I was amazed with how well my procedure went and how helpful they were on following up with my directions.Thank you very much everyone I feel much better today! The removal of my wisdom teeth went very smoothly. The whole process takes about 45 minutes to an hour and then you’re done. They provided me with comprehensive and thorough instructions on how to recover in the quickest and easiest manner. The Oral surgery group was also available whenever I called in with a question or concern I had during recovery like the development of a fever or swelling. In general, I am satisfied with my experience getting my wisdom teeth removed at this Oral Surgery Group and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get the same procedure done.

I was referred here by my dentist as an emergency for an infection. Even though I was squeezed into the schedule everyone was incredibly kind and professional. They are a well-oiled machine. I was seen very quickly. Dr. Michael Stern is amazing...I was numbed well and had drainage and extraction with no issues. He explained everything he was doing and the possible variations in his approach if needed. The procedure was quick. He is a professional, friendly doctor who makes you feel comfortable. In recovery, my payment after insurance portion was discussed with me privately and my after care treatment was explained thoroughly. Everyone I encountered was so friendly and kind. I can not recommend this group highly enough!
