My visit tp Peale Vision @ East Brunswick, NJ was awesome. I had been there for my eye exam and due to the excellent adviser like Jennifer Colon ended up getting an awesome prescription glass. These guys are just too grate!

The staff and dr were all amazing. This was my daughters first eye exam and they all made her feel comfortable. I will be using them for my whole family.

From the moment I stepped in the office to the moment I left, the staff was professional, kind, and informative.The front desk staff provided immediate attention, explained their COVID policies and optional services well, and showed me a well spaced apart waiting section.After a wait of 3 minutes, an eye technician took me through standard eye tests, explaining the purpose of each while also cleaning each machine thoroughly. Then the eye doctor saw me for the exam and he also explained every test, answered my questions directly, and gave excellent advice. Finally, I had my glasses cleaned and tightened in the back as a complimentary service.Best eye appointment Ive had in 30 years. Would recommend to everyone

My wonderful experience with our visit at Pearle Vision, East Brunswick was an appreciation beyond compare. My special thanks go to Melinda the Sales Associate for her humbleness and very professional attitude towards my 16 Years Old Son who was quite anxious (as any other teenager). Melinda treated him with patience and moreover being exceptionally patient and polite in his contact lens training session. People like her (Melinda) make any business great and it makes me committed to this location for future business needs. Needless to say all the other staff in this location during my visit were exceptional.

I went for contact exam and waited 6months for my contacts to come .I told them since the beginning the prescription was off and the size of the contacts were to big but the doctor told the secretary that there are fine and didn’t want to see me.I wore them for another month and I called again to see if he can fix it . He tried to charge me for another contact exam . Worst place I ever been too.The doctor is a young Italian kid a show off that thinks his is better than everybody around him because of his profession

This may have been the most confusing experience I have come across! I have never done an eye exam and made that very clear however none of the staff seemed to care or instruct me. I was handed a bunch of forms without any explanation on what they were, I waited more than a half hour after my appointment time to get seen even though I got there 15 minutes early. To top it all off, once I got my exam done, I was told that I can browse for frames and even though there were 2 sales employees talking to each other no one came to help me or explain what my insurance would cover. I left without glasses and am in search for a more friendly and professional optical!

This place is such a great place. Anyone that’s looking for great service and good eye wear this is the place you want to go. I had a lovely young lady name Ayannah and she was very helpful and answered all my questions.

I have been meaning to review the Sales Person Ayannah Rivera at this location. Not only was she professional, she was also super helpful and honest. Its not everyday where you get someone who takes the time with you while you pick out 30 different pair of glasses still undecided. This was all before my exam. After my exam Ayannah had a better idea of my taste and what she thought would look good on me. She had set some glasses a side for me. She is amazing!!! I ended buying two pairs because I couldnt make up my mind. Thank you Ayannah. I hope your management treats you like the rising star 🌟that you are. I had a great experience purchasing glasses from Pearle Vision. Jennifer was so knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me pick the perfect style glasses. She also adjusted my current glasses so I could use them while waiting for my new ones to come in. It was refreshing to have such a knowledgeable person fitting me for my new glasses.

I was fortunate to get caught in a downpour just as I was walking near this Pearl Vision. Thinking about my need for an eye exam, and wondering about the cost, I decided Id mask up and pop inside for information. The young woman at the counter (Shea?) instantly asked if I needed help! My first thought was a hot tea with lemon and a towel since I was soaked, but this was Pearl Vision, not a friends house. Funny thing, the young woman (Ill call her Shea) seemed to become a friend by the end of my visit. She answered my many questions about the length of an eye exam and what exactly it entails ( I dont like any type of eye spray procedures) and also the cost and if I could or could not wear mascara at my appointment. Or false eyelashes. Would they get caught up in the eye exam machine? She was quite informative and patient with me considering she had to repeat herself so many times. You see, Im losing my hearing as well as my eyesight. Shea was also kind enough to find some paper towels so I could pat my hair dry. All in all a wonderful employee!

My name is Christina and my boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience with our visit at Pearle Vision. The staff was was very kind upon entering. I had to see the doctor for an eye exam and some tests, he was very professional and thorough with everything. Afterwards I went to pick out some frames and One of the staff members Janelle was so sweet and helpful and helped me pick out the perfect pair for myself. Another staff member Sharon helped me also and was very kind as well. I’m so happy with my trip there and can’t wait to pick up my new glasses!!

They have an online scheduling solution but they dont use it. You can book an appointment online and youll get confirmation and reminders but thats not the scheduling system they use. You have to call to actually schedule an appointment. No idea why they do that. Horrible customer service.

I needed new glasses because mine broke. I was greeted by Jynnelle. She answered all my questions, was pleasant and helpful in choosing a frame and purchasing glasses. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Shannon who did my measurements, she also fixed my glasses. Overall a 10 star experience hands down. I’m definitely referring my friends here.

Jennifer and Sally helped me with my current glasses (which are 6 years old now) sally managed to fix them which she is a lifesaver! They recommended me to get a new pair of glasses since they are just about on their last leg, Jennifer checked my insurance for me and even set me up for an appointment next week to see the doctor.She also did select quite a few frames for me that I am very interested in, so I’m excited to see how it’s going to come out. I will update my review after the exam and glasses are done. So far the customer service was great.

I haven’t seen an eye doctor in years but I decided that it was time to go! Pearle took my insurance so I came here just expecting normal service. But it had such a positive atmosphere!! I waited less than 5 minutes before they took me back. Shea, the girl who did the pre testing was so nice and made sure to clean all the machines before I used them. The doctor was so helpful and really took the time to explain everything to me! Everyone who worked there was so welcoming! Deff the best eye doctor I’ve been too!!!

My boyfriend constantly scratches up his glasses because he has a very active job, his insurance was about to run out on his glasses - and Pearle Vision EB staff helped make sure to accommodate and get him new lenses before it ran out completely- even though it took him a bit to drop off the glasses they were very patient with him and helped us out.He can see now which is great.Wonderful team here !I’d recommended anyone to come here for warm and friendly service.

Wow this might of been the most cleanest office I ever entered. Just walked in to inquire about a eye exam and you can just tell. Super neat, I saw a young man disinfecting which is great around this time of the year. I will update my review next week after my exam with the doctor.

I came in to the Pearle Vision of east Brunswick today. I was immediately greeted by multiple staff members... after expressing my concerns of not having an eye exam for almost 5 years I was able to be seen SAME DAY. I did the paperwork and unfortunately did not have vision coverage. They have a promotional rate for an eye exam which was great for someone like me. Dr. Shigol was amazing and gave me recommendations. He told me he will see me again next year and I already made my appointment.When it came to picking out glasses there were so many choices. I had two sales associates showing me many different options and they even helped me with sizing. Unfortunately I forgot to write down their names but I’ve never experienced a wonderful service at my last place. They even provided me a discount among their many different promotions.I will be returning to my new eye doctor and continue to purchase my glasses here at this Pearle Vision.

I experienced some of the best customer service that Ive ever received from a young woman named, Jennifer, at the Pearle Vision in East Brunswick, NJ. She couldnt have been more accommodating and took the time to explain my insurance coverage and helped me pick out my frames. She was extremely knowledgeable which was evident by all the questions from her coworkers. In fact, the manager from another location called her for assistance on a matter. I assumed she was the store manager but that was not the case. Jennifer has the skills required to make a great manager and should be considered for a management position within the organization.
