The camp counselors, the kids in my group (florida) were very mean and treated me unfairly. i had no friends at the camp. terrible quality! the staff and the boss and the director had no manners. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! avoid at all cost! such a waste of time.

I put my daughters in the summer camp program this year and was so pleased with every aspect of the program. The program was safe and clean and the group of directors and counselors handled opening a summer camp during COVID with flawless execution. I could not have been more happy! My kids will be coming back next year. They had great content during the day and their swimming program was excellent! My kids came home every day loving their camp experience. Thank you to Brenda and the entire team for an awesome summer!

I go here to the gym to weight-lift and I love it here! They offer a wide variety of group exercise classes that are fun and exclusive. They have fun programs throughout the year like the fitness challenge over the summer as well. The equipment is great and the fitness community is so welcoming and nice. I would recommend this to anybody who is looking for a good gym to go to :)

The Y is more than a fitness facility, it is a group of compassionate people helping you in your health journey. They know me and my family by name and they are always looking for new ideas to provide everyone more tools to succeed. Luis, the fitness director is extremely hands on and runs the programs with people as individuals in mind. My favorite class is Sandys Zumba. She really makes it welcoming for everyone, at any level she just wants people to have fun and enjoy themselves. The gym is open on reservation only basis and also they have outdoor classes like HIIT, Zumba, Y warrior and Yoga. Being outdoors allow for plenty of social distancing so it is a wonderful option to keep us healthy in the midst of this pandemic. I cannot be more grateful for what the Y provides to all its members. From little to old you can really feel an atmosphere of acceptance.

Very clean and organized facility. A lot of options to choose between, weights, yoga, spinning class, and swimming classes! One of the best YMCA’s I’ve been too. Luis gave me a tour and helped me in every way possible. Thanks AGAIN.

The staff here at Raritan valley YMCA is the best I’ve seen. They are so friendly and are always there to help you with whatever you may need. The youth program there is great. After a long day at work, they make it fun to go to the gym!

New classes are being added regularly and the staff is always helpful and friendly. The gym is clean and equipment is in good order. Great spot that is well run.

Our kids have been enrolled in the Raritan Valley YMCA Aquatics program for 6 years now, first for swimming lessons and the summer swim program, and lately as member of Riptide, the Raritan Valley YMCA s stellar swim team. Throughout the years, the wonderful aquatics staff has done an excellent job of teaching our sons swimming skills -- but what stands out even more in our personal experience is how staff continuously emphasized sportsmanship, self-esteem and self-respect, friendship, respect for others, goal-setting and team-building -- in the formative years where our sons soaked these messages up like sponges.We appreciate all the years of sound instruction, coaching, and modeling and we feel fortunate to continue to be a part of the YMCA family.We also want to give a special shout-out to the Raritan Valley YMCAs fantastic swim teachers and coaches who always go the twenty extra miles for these kids, tirelessly. Thank you all great staff!

The Raritan Valley YMCA is the best one yet, especially when it comes to youth programming. The new Fitness Director is great with the kids and is very passionate about what he does. I recommend this facility especially if you have kids!

Raritan Valley YMCA is an excellent place for the entire family to learn, and thrive in competitive sports. it has a fun environment, professional and friendly staff, and nice community members.There is something for everybody in the family: Zumba, Yoga classes for my wife, swimming, and basketball lessons for my young kids & my elder is in the competitive swim team, in addition for a clean, hygienic gym to me.The caring management, friendly staff, and professional coaches are what make me proud to be part of the Raritan Valley YMCA family.

A great place for children to learn and thrive in a creative and fun environment that provides enrichment in all activities. Staff are very personable and connect well with all children that are enrolled in their programs. This place is very family friendly!!

Dont waste your money for classes for your kids at this YMCA. The instructors dont teach the kids anything, they just let the kids run around. I had two of my kids in soccer and basketball and both were a waste of time and money. We let management know and they said they would look into it, following class was the samething.

Very friendly, caring family environment from the moment you walk in. You always feel welcome in the ymca family. From the director of the ymca to all the counseling staff all have childrens best interest at heart. As the mother of a camp child i have chaperoned trips and been involved in events . I have witnessed first hand how the security, safety and happiness of all children is of the utmost importance. Every childs needs,wants, likes and dislikes is put foremost. I have had personal interactions with administrative staff: Gina, Brenda, Karen, and Preeti as well as all counseling staff and feel i could not have chosen a better place for my daughter to develop new friendships, experience new things everyday and enjoy educational exciting trips every week. I will be enrolling my daughter next year. As a mother I feel I have found the most caring, loving and supportive environment for my daughter with YMCA family.
