What a joke! I had a major problem with a Dr at the Middleboro location that was serious in matter. After exhausting all options at the location I decided to try dealing with the corporate office. That was a mistake. I was handed off twice to finally talk to a person who was supposed to be in charge. She stated if I had a problem with Middleboro I would have to deal with Middleboro. Why have cust service reps at corporate then?This company is a joke. Read the reviews from others regarding this company and specifically the Middleboro location.Whats funny is they have signs all over the place wanting feed back on service they provide but when you call them about bad service they shrug it off. If you value your health and health care do not go to this place. If I could give them 0 stars that would be too high of a rating.They dont care!

I went to Compass Medical E. Bridewater to get a referral to see a specialist. The nurse who took my vital signs kept talking about medicare and my chronic pain that I dont have. Asked for a name of the doctor and phone number to call. Three conversations later still not able to obtain that.Referrals in 3 instances never went thru and after waiting 2 months found out the specialists nevet contacted. I have had test results from another patient mistakenly sent to me, come in for scheduled mammogram that was not valid, also a MRI that they failed to get insurance approval. Had I gone thru with it would have paid full cost.
