Loved this place first time I have been in there the lady that worked there is awesome 😀!!!!!

This is the best and friendliest Miracle Hill Ive been in. The prices are reasonable. About half of what the item cost new and worth every penny. The shelves are stocked with so many things its like Im a kid in a candy store. I have a pioneer woman crockpot from them, that my wonderful neighbors bought me, that works amazingly and is so beautiful. I love going on to this store and shopping around for a good item. I think the prices are reasonable, especially since the money goes to many different missions. They really help out the community. The staff is even more amazing. I have come in contact with three staff members that I adore. Cheryl, Phillip, and Melanie treat you like family. Theyre always so kind and sweet. They really make you feel welcome when you walk through the door. If youre there and need help always ask for one of them so that you can have a kind friendly face helping you. You wont regret it. I can not say enough about these warm kind people. I wont go to any other Miracle Hill because they are so wonderful here!

I have been going to this store for over 5 years. I stopped going for a while due to working two shifts. I recently went this weekend and noticed how over priced things were. I take my mom with me because she loves to buy things for the grand kids and friends and it gets her out of the house and she loves getting out. She picked up six pretty flower glasses and thought they said 50 cents on them. Of course she cant see very well. I didnt notice until i placed them on the counter to pay; and the lady said these must be a set they are 23.50 I said I will check. I left my mom and went to check the price. There were 10 more of the same glasses but nothing else. I went back to the counter where another lady not sure if she was managers wife or who but she was being very rude to my mom. She told her verify firmly with a sour look, they are a set and they are 23.50. I asked if we could just buy the six glasses. She said they are 23.50 and stood firm so I looked at her and said well we will be putting them back and she simply walked away. Apparently they are under new management. This lady was very rude, what was the big deal to sell the glasses individually. These items are donated and they get full profit from the items and with tax breaks. I understand this is for a mission but some of the people that shop there are not well off and it is for those same people that the prices are more affordable. if they price them at Walmart prices then they could simply get them at Walmart brand new and sometimes with a warranty. They need to consider how they price things and how they treat people. If this is representing a ministry they need to place people in charge that can work with the public and not just on a mission to make a ton of money. Yes the store is clean and well kept but again these items are donated! With people out of jobs during this pandemic and others price gouging its a shame. I will not be going back to this store.

I was at Miracle Hill in Easley on Tuesday. I come there regularly but will not shop there anymore. The manager was talking to an employee named, Cheryl H - I assume this woman is his wife by how friendly they always are to each other when I come in. I was appalled at their conversation. They were talking negatively about the other employees working there. They didn’t even bother to stop when I was beside them. Both said hello and then continued with their conversation.The prices in the store of gone drastically up the last few months. Thrift stores are not retail stores!!!

I love thrift stores. However the prices here are getting a little crazy. People dont go to thrift stores to pay more than a item would cost new. Most people that shops at thrift stlres are low income people like me. They cant afford new. Thats the reason they go to thrift stores. The stock in the store has been donated to the store. The overhead cost has to be made. I understand that. I also realize they need the money to help thoses in need. But the people who are shopping are people in need. And this should be considered when pricing the items to sale. Having lower prices will only raise the money made. And more people will come because they can afford to shop there. But 8.00 is rediculas on a christmas santa That cost maybe 2.oo new. Come on now.

Fair prices and a good selection of clothes

First is not much to select from. I usually like to look for clothes at the Goodwill period thought I would step in here and see what they had. Their prices are way more than Goodwill. Doubt I will shop here again

They are a lot more stocked than they use to be... However the workers seem tired and overworked .. I have even heard the manager complain under his breath. Walmart stuff that they resale are way overpriced at this location, the manager prices them way over half the price that walmart sells them and brags that they have the best deals (other miracle hills have better prices on them)... Furniture is also overpriced with couches with rips and stains for over 60 bucks. Save your money and time and go to powdersville miracle hill!

Lots to look at, nice staff, nice store, some cheap prices, some prices on new stuff are about 80% of retail.

This is a good honest place to shop and the merchandise is noteworthy.

Called ahead to get a queen mattress & box spring. Got there & the box spring was labeled wrong. It was only a full size. But they will order the queen & deliver it within a week so I dont have to rent a U-Haul again.

Friendly staff and great prices in one store

I have donated to and bought from here and been pleased on both ends of the deal. There are some really good deals if you care to dig for them. My son bought a $60 Nerf gun for $10 in great shape.

Friendly Costumer service,very polite and helpful.I dont know the Black lady name,but shes a great person and very value for the Store.She was at the time when I was in the store.I suggest that you should hiring people with the knowledge in Costumer service like her.

$5 for an apple basket that you can find ANY day of the week. Highest priced thrift store in the Upstate. Horrible! Prices have climbed higher than retail in some areas and higher than online prices even. Items in fair-to-poor condition are being priced as if they are in the mall or an antique store! It has gotten particularly bad the last few months. I wont be coming back for a very, very long time. No sense in Thrifting for retail prices.

I love that when I shop and donate to Miracle Hill that I actually help hundreds and hundreds of children and adults in our area! Wonderful ministry!

Theyre always so sweet and I can shop in peace, its great. Everyones polite and quiet, drama free. =) love their prices. 1 million times better than Goodwill.

Not a nice as the Powdersville store but still good. I have noticed all *thrift* shops inching up on their prices lately. Thats the reason I stopped shopping Goodwill. They are asking nearly retail value on some things.

It was a really great experience! I found an item that I was looking for . They have a bunch of really neat stuff and the staff is friendly .

The ladies there are so kind at the checkout. Wish there were more items and sometimes things are over priced when the item is cheaper new. Overall, its fun to thrift shop there and not too messy.

Turns out the hateful cashier was indeed the manager. He had ask if he could help me and the new stuff was higher than I wanted to pay so I made the comment that that wasnt a thrift store price to me. It made him so angry he get telling stuff at me across the store. I finally had to demand that he leave me alone. He kept onsi I left my buggy and walked out of store.Thought you had to be Christian to work here. He was awful.to me
