Staff and doctor are friendly and eager to help. Exam was quick and easy. My first pair of glasses caused an allergic reaction on my skin. The office agreed to replace my frame and lenses at no cost. They didnt tell me that because I had chipped one of the lenses, they were counting my 1-yr scratch warranty as used, even though they already had a valid reason to replace them. When I tried to use the warranty several months later, they informed me I had already used it.

Nice small, friendly office, not like the huge conglomerates around here. I liked that I didnt have to have my eyes dilated like I did every single time at my last eye doctor. Dr. Heiner was friendly and professional. My only concern was that when I was ordering my progressive lenses, the technician said that with my insurance I still needed to pay $150 for them. I knew it was only $55 and called her on it. She looked back at the paperwork and corrected herself. Felt a little shady. But other than that, it was a great visit.

This may sound like a broken record, based on all of the other posts, but the Dr. and the staff really are super kind and helpful. It was my first visit there and I will definitely being going back for any future needs.

Ive been going to this place for years, and my prescription has always been spot-on. I tried an alternative place in Nampa, but I wound up having to come back here to correct the prescription, as it was a little bit off. Dr. Heiner is a great optometrist, quick but accurate, and at the same time friendly and personal. When I realized at the last minute that I didnt have back-up contacts for a trip outside the country, the staff quickly put together a box of spares for me the morning I called them. They are always warm and friendly.

Ive taken my kids to this location for over 10 years. Today Dr. Hiener no longer wanted me and my kids as a customer because he said we questioned his prescription. And he did this after the eye exam was complete and paid for. He created a scene, with the support of his staff, making it look like I was causing an issue. Mackenzie did a great job of putting words in my mouth and gas-lighting. She waited at the door of the office and watched us leave and then threatened to call security. Be very careful if you are customer that asks questions or make Heiner or his staff feel in anyway like they have made a mistake. Luckily I have video of today and will be filing a complaint. I know Im not the only one whose had this experience.
