I had a 2 hour massage here last week, It was by far the worst massage I have ever had. The girl giving the massage is also the receptionist. Every time someone came in she would leave the room and speak with them,. She would also stop my massage to answer the phone and book appointments. After 90 minutes of this and her leaving 4 times, I got up and left. They require payment upfront vs at the end of the massage, now I see why.

I have a very comfortable massage today. I have massaged so many times in the United States. This is the best 👍🏻 Head to toe massage

Worst massage ever! Will not go back. The lady had the audacity to ask for more tip after I already tipped to much for the less than mediocre massage. Extremely rude! If there was a no stat option it belongs here!

Ive been here before and liked it, but the place is now dirty, the bathroom smelled like urine, the toilet was leaking, I suspected the sheets may not be changed a lot. The rooms smelled musty. The massage itself was ok. I will not go back

Not happy with them. We’re touchy with me and was uncomfortable and said so and offered my boyfriend a happy ending massage 😡

I really hate to give one-star reviews... but this was a really bad massage and I should have listened to the reviews. (Dont make the same mistake).To their defense, I didnt stop the lady and ask her to change anything but it just.. didnt feel good. I usually get a massage at my chiropractor and they are trained specifically in problem areas. I couldnt turn my head to the right when I got there which is why I needed an immediate massage. I still cant turn my head after 90 minutes...Half of the massage was through a sheet and then a terrible lotion that wasnt smooth AT ALL. I am usually sore after my chiro massages but I am bruised from this one.Seems as if there was no formal training in massage at all. Unfortunately will not be going back.

These ladies are amazing! After trying 5 different places in the valley, Head to Toe Massage has great service and great prices! We will never go anywhere else again!

I want to give 5 stars but 1hr is not enough and my body is not satisfied because I didn’t get a massage in my arms, hands and legs. The lady is nice and the spa looks neat.

I have usually stopped in for a massage about once a month here. However after my last experience I will never give this place my business again and will advise others not to either. When I first arrived the woman at the front desk wasnt the most polite individual. Stating in an aggressive tone pay first. While I didnt appreciate her tone I overlooked it and said no problem. I also left the tip in advance. The reason why I will never come back here is after I was finished I was leaving and the lady that gave me the massage was at thr counter. There was a bottle of water sitting out mind you every other time I have left I have always been offered a bottle of water I pointed to it indicating if this was for me. She rudely said NO then looked up and said tip tip what about tip! I couldnt believe her audacity and behavior. I calmly told her I left the tip when I paid. Mind you I left a 15% tip which is fair. She had a handful of receipts asking which one was mine and I pointed to the one which was mine she looked at it and without even looking up she coldly and once again very rudely tells me bye. I could not understand or believe how rude she was. It was a terrible experience and I will never go back there again. I know if I was a manager and an employee behaved in such a manner I would fire them.

This was the worst massage Ive ever had in my life. I didnt even know that there was such thing as a bad massage until now. Customer service is terrible and I dont think they have any idea how to do massage. Its as if they are just rubbing in hopes of a massage. No skill. The lady massaged over my spin several times and i didnt realize why it hurt until the next day. My spine is bruised from her digging her elbow into my spin. I usually get a massage once a week. My 3 year old could have done better. So now im out 70$ and bruised.

The massage itself was good and was going to give this a much better rating until the very end. However after leaving a tip I was put on the spot and asked if that was all I intended to tip and was given somebody else’s receipt with their personal information showing how much they tipped and why didn’t I give as much as this other person. Extremely unprofessional to share other peoples personal information as well as be asked for additional tip money.
