I would highly recommend The Allergy Group, Dr. Jeremy Waldram. He is kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to and answer my questions. I left the office feeling valued and in the care of someone who has my best interest in mind.

My daughter has been seeing Brianne Ayers and receiving allergy shots for about 2 years now and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The office is very clean and professional and the staff is friendly. With allergy shots starting out as a weekly routine it was so nice to have a facility that is close to home and gets us in and out relatively quickly.

This is a game changing group! I had no trouble arranging an appointment and the office was very communicative. I have been struggling with all kinds of allergies for some years. The degree with which I was analyzed, and the tests offered were excellent and I have great hope that I will experience relief following their Expert advice.

I came in on Wednesday last week to receive my shot. This is the first shot. The lady ( don’t remember name) explains everything etc. all good. Let them know that I need my serum moved to the meridian office for this week.another employee writes this down on a list of other names. Explain I am leaving town. Comes Monday ( 29 June) go in at 0830). No serum. Can’t find it. Cannot get it and this was clearly the mistake of your office. I now have two options. Come back from my business trip early so I don’t have to start over again or start over. I am miserable with a snotty nose etc. not to impressed with the allergy group

After 40 years of being allergic to bean protein, I was referred to the Allergy Group for testing. I went through a 3 step process, culminating in actually, slowly eating beans in a controlled environment. Needless to say, I have discovered a long lost love for legumes! The staff was kind and attentive. They seemed to be just as excited as I was, at the results. Thanks for changing my life.

I live in Eagle, therefore this location is perfect! Always in and out in no time & the staff there, are all kind and very knowledgeable :)

I recently had a lot of dr appointments trying to figure out my allergy situation. When I got into THE ALLERGY GROUP I have to say I was kinda burnt out on seeing doctors but this place was so different they were so professional and the doctor who saw me really made me feel like she genuinely cared about my recovery I wasn’t just a number. Her diagnosis was correct and it worked. I can’t speak for they other locations but I would recommend the one in Eagle Idaho wholeheartedly.

This was my first appt with The Allergy Group.The staff was professional & prompt. Dr. Webb was very knowledgeable, courteous, & insightful. I very much appreciated his more conservative approach.I give them 5 stars and am very thankful to have them as health care providers. I would highly recommend Dr. Webb & his staff!

I truly enjoyed my experience here, my boyfriend and I both had appointments with different allergy issues. He said when we left that this was the first time hes ever seen a dr that he felt actually cared about his allergy and spent the time to talk with him. We are both happy we went! 😊

I have had asthmatic symptoms since before I was 10. Doctors told me and my mother, I was allergic to poor air quality, but never documented anything, nor put me on any kind of Program. Dr. Webb is finally giving me testing. He suspects Mast Cell Activating Syndrome or related syndromes. He listened to me. Their questionnaire as a new patient was so thorough, asking me questions no doctor had ever asked. Doctor and staff were friendly yet professional. With hope generated, I look forward to find out what he pin points the problem.

Great all around experience, starting with efficient front desk staff, knowledgeable nurses and thorough exam by the doctor. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

They helped me figure out why I was getting hives. (My only complaint would be the torturous chairs in the Eagle office. They were designed for looks only and are not for sitting. )
