This family medicine clinic has been the best care I have encountered for my self and my children. They value me as a woman, a mother and a small business owner. My children are treated with respect and kindness by all the staff members. They do not infringe on my personal beliefs or pressure me to do anything I am uncomfortable with doing. I recommend this family practice to all my friends and family.

I appreciate that this office is truly patient-centered. Vick Wool opens her doors to all persons regardless of preferences regarding masks. This is so important since persons who have genuine health reasons for not wearing a mask should not have to choose between harming themselves with a mask and getting the care that they need. Freedom to choose is so important!

I had a wonderful experience at this Office as did my Spouse. I received what we needed when asked, including necessary referrals that were promptly submitted and scheduled. I was able to get necessary Lab draws and even had assistance getting lab orders sent over from my Specialists Office. I Highly Recommend this Office for their Knowledge and ability to care for you as a whole a person,both physicallyand emotionally. They offer Counseling Therapy by a wonderful woman.Moreso for honoring the Individuals Right to make decisions about their own health. In trying to set an appointment, I wasnt able to be seen for more than 6 weeks. Waited the five weeks, and then the week prior to our appointment, had a coronavirus exposure and called office to determine course of action or recommendations. Receptionist laughed dismissively and was informed to not worry about it. I would not recommend this practice.

This is a WONDERFUL office with good people that respect medical freedom and CHOICE! Will gladly continue doing business with them!

Dr. Wooll is amazing ! She listened to my wife and I. We decided to give Dr Wooll a try based on word of mouth from other families that use them. I dont understand these reviews that state that they are judgemental. This wasnt even close to my experience. I guess logically you cant make everyone happy, and I feel that these reviews only reflect a very small percentage of people and mostly the ones that were not happy. This is a five star practice in my book.

Christa (the PA) is phenomenal! We brought our 3 year old into our 1 year olds wellness visit and prepared for chaos (cue the circus music). Christa was beyond patient and genuinely affectionate with both kids. She made them feel comfortable and walked them both through everything she was checking. The exam room was spacious and had toys for the kids to busy themselves during the assessment. I am so delighted to have found our new family PCP who not only loves her patients but also aligns with our family values.

I love going to this office. Havent been to the doctor in almost 15 years because I dislike it so much. The staff here makes it a wonderful experience. They are all kind, caring, and responsive to my needs.

After confirming a general health visit was covered by our insurance with our in-network provider, Eagle Creek Family Medicine, an appointment was scheduled and services rendered. We proceeded to receive a $500+ bill because our in-network provider sent routine lab work out-of-network. Eagle Creek Family Medicine initially told me to hold off on submitting an appeal as they would cover the charges for the out-of-network bill. I was told this was an issue they had for other patients as well and they were working to resolve quickly. After couple months of them trying to get approval to remove restrictions to process the payment, I was informed that I would be responsible for the payment. We have great coverage through one of the main insurers in the valley. I am extremely frustrated as we proactively took all the steps necessary to confirm coverage only to have this happen. I would like to inform others about this possibility before they visit Eagle Creek Family Medicine and my hope is that our in-network provider, Eagle Creek, will decide to correct their mistake by paying for the lab work they sent out-of-network.

These are not Doctors. They do not even understand science let alone medicine. If you care about your families health take a hard pass.

Easily the worst group of medical staff I have ever encountered. Their snide, judgmental comments and lack of professionalism is shocking. They illegally and intentionally waited more than 30 days to send a single lab report to my new doctor. My new doctor commented that the women at this office were catty and seemingly punishing me for switching doctors by withholding my records. Go anywhere else if you wish to get even satisfactory medical care.

I count my blessings every day when I was introduced to the incredible staff at Eagle Creek Family Practice. My pain physician at the time, referred me to his own physician Dr. Wooll , because of the complexity of my care. He knew if she didnt know the answer she would do everything possible to find the answer. Both of her PA-Cs, Christa & Christina follow this same principle. Example -I am much need of a joint replacement, but due to another rare disease I need surgery to eradicate that one first. There are a handful of physicians who treat this & even fewer do surgery. Christa is great. She is sending out multiple referral requests to give us time advantage.Having worked in Healthcare 25+years I have seen it all. If you want a practice that will take time to actually listen to your concerns, schedule appointment for more than 15 minutes to address these & call you after hours to see how you are doing - THIS IS Eagle Creek Family Practice. If you like to be double booked, ran thru like cattle, money is their primary focus not the patient, forgets your name let alone actually may hear what you say when you finally see them-thats the DOCS IN A BOX.Gods given me Eagle Creek Family Practice as my tools to fight.
