I started working with Katy and Kirsten in January of 2021. They provided me with guidance for my diet and exercise program for weight loss and general well being. I have followed their recommendations and have been successful at losing 40 pounds. The recommended strength training has helped my body become healthier and more fit. Feels good to be strong. Katy is a total GEEK about diabetes. We all have something we are good at, Katy is great at treating diabetes. Mine went uncontrolled for what seems like at least 5 years. Katy not only understood she helped. She got it under control, worked through my insurance issues and now I am much healthier. Diabetes controlled!!!!Thank you Katy!!!

I have been a patient at Treasure Valley Metabolic Medicine since January 2021. I heard about their services on the radio, and since I had been trying to lose weight (unsuccessfully) and had recently learned that I was pre-diabetic, I decided to give them a try. He will advocate for you and find the issue not just treat the symptoms. He is saving my life. Thank you to this office!
