My sweet little mother has been a Cottages resident for 3 1/2 years . During that time her dementia progressed and she moved from the Assistant Living Building to the Memory Care Building next door. Shortly after that move the Covid virus changed all of our lives and I could not visit my Mom. The caregivers at the Cottages have truly looked after my Mom with the kindness and patience that I would have had she been in my care. They communicate regularly with me concerning her needs and are always there to answer my questions. Because there are just 15 residents in each building, each resident receives the needed individual attention. I am so grateful to the staff at the Meridian Cottages for all that they do for Mom and for me. I would highly recommend them to any family in need of assisted living for a loved one.

Spouse has been in The Cottages in Meridian for just over two months. Staff has been a pleasure to work with. Even during these times of COVID they are doing a great job. Im able to have window visits and can bring special treats. My spouse is content and even though an introvert, is starting to get to know the other residents. It is a struggle for her with her dementia. Note: I did have one issue, late on a Friday afternoon. The staff and corporate got involved to solve the issue. Im grateful for their willingness to work late on a Friday to take care of my spouse. Bottom line: Residents are treated like family!

The Cottages in Meridian have a wonderful staff who greatly care for the residents and treat them like family. Residents enjoy an all around great quaility of life with stimulating activities and delicious homemade healthy meals. Leadership works diligently to foster an environment where staff feel appreciated and residents feel dignified. Staff are professional, they watch out for residents and report changes in a timly manner, and they always seem willing to go the extra mile to show kindness!

Nicole is an amazing administrator who goes above and beyond for her residents every day and her staff is also just as amazing! The Cottages of Middleton is definitely a place I would highly recommend for a loved one.

My 92 year old mother was a resident at a large national Assisted Living facility for several years. With time, it was clear that she was not getting the attention or care she needed. We finally had to move her to the Cottages after she was left incapacitated in her room for 16 hours before the staff went to check on her. She spent 3 days in the hospital recovering from the ordeal.Over the last two years, we have always felt she is now well cared for at the Cottages in Meridian. Even under the difficult conditions brought on by Covid, along with her deteriorating mental state, it is clear her needs are always met, she has stayed healthy, and there is a personal touch by Heather and her staff.

The building was very nice, spacious, and clean. The staff was so friendly and extremely helpful.

I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences with the Lochsa Staff. Amy is a wonderful administrator and I see nothing but growth at this location.

The Cottages is one of the most compassionate, person centered Assisted Living homes I have ever come across. They care deeply for their residents and take great pride in helping them feel at home and comfortable. They provide a smaller, home-like environment which is ideal, especially for those who are intimidated by large numbers and environments. Although they are small, they provide amenities and programs that large facilities do. Their activities are fun and I love the different places that the residents go for their weekly field trips. The owners are kind and started this company for the right reasons, and that is to care for, serve, and bring quality of life to our elders. In fact, I was present when the CEO himself brought his truck and helped move a residents belongings from another facility to the Cottages because the family needed help with moving assistance. This was completely above and beyond what a CEO would typically do. Not only do they take care of our elders, but they truly value their staff and do so many things to show their appreciation for them. I highly recommend The Cottages for anyone who is considering Assisted Living and Memory Care and would not want my loved ones to go anywhere else.

The Cottages of McCall is superb - The entire staff, starting with the Administrator, Sylvia Kober, and including all of the CNAs and the activities director, provide a warm, loving, happy, safe, comfortable, and clean environment. My 96 year old father has been a resident there for 2 years and he loves the care and attention he receives and especially loves Sylvia, who is so good with and to him - she always goes the extra mile for my dad (as she does with ALL of the residents). It gives me great comfort knowing that he receives such loving and skilled care. Moving him to memory care was very difficult for me but Sylvia and her staff have erased every fear I ever had and I am so grateful to all of them.

I have personally known the owners of The Cottages for 12 years and they are the most amazing people I have ever met! The staff they employ are outstanding and truly love their residents. I highly recommend The Cottages to anyone looking at placement for their loved one (s)!! They truly stand behind their mission statement of We Treat People Right

This facility takes HORRIBLE care of the elderly. My mother was there for two years. Their turnover is unprecedented with the longest lasting employee being there MAYBE six months. My mother developed wounds based on their lack of care and the hospice persons were forced to deal with picking up the pieces. I wouldn’t place my worst enemy in any of their facilities!!

The cottages is truly one of the BEST assisted living facilities around. Who would have thought that theyou would be willing to assist with completing their residents bucket list from sending a 95 year old out of a airplane to allowing g a coach to meet the BSU football players. The Cottages truly care about their residents and their dreams!!! I absolutely love The Cottages and what they stand for.

The cottages broke my wifes civil rights the management is terrible all the good reviews are written by the management we look forward to taking the cottages to court
