I also just love this clinic! The people are wonderful, I could not appreciate them more. Both warm and knowledgeable, also human, relatable. The communication and team work, both within a single department as well as cross-department, is truly unique. I even think itd be a great place to work, just a very positive atmosphere. I just love this clinic. Theres something really special about-everyone. They care! Theyre respectful and kind. Dr. Broder is terrific-she listens, is patient, affirms me as a person, involves me in Medical choices . Its always a positive experience and Im truly grateful for her fine care. Ive had some negative experiences , elsewhere , and do appreciate all the staff here. Its a pleasure to visit with the front desk. The lab is- gentle. The B-12 injection nurse is so good I dont even notice the injection. Dr Broders nurse knows how to put you at ease, she goes that extra mile. Thank all of you at this clinic.

They are one of the most professional and caring locations. Labs are done very quickly and the staff is always fun to chat with.

Id put 0 stars if I could. My husband had an appointment in November to check his meds and get refills. He has asthma. Then he got covid in December. When we tried to refill his disc, they had no order for it. Our pharmacy tried for weeks to get a refill. My husband called asking for a refill. Tjey sent a completely wrong prescription to be filled. Meanwhile he is getting worse and worse. I finally sat on the phone for an hour demanding they send the rx tjey should have spent. I seriously am terrified the damage that may have been done in the weeks waiting for his rx and post covid. Absolutely ridiculous.

What an amazing experience. I saw Dr. Nick Wanner and haven’t had this type of treatment in years. I was fortunate enough to be in-network with insurance here. Nick was genuine, open-minded, patient, respectful, and knowledgeable. I’m happy that some Doctors are still good nowadays. I was disgusted by service from Allina Health and Fairview, so having someone who truly cares feels good. Thanks Park Nicollet!

The doctors here are so disrespectful they dont even try to sympathize with the patient. Life happens, people cant make it to their appointments and have to reschedule. Instead of sympathizing, first thing came out of the doctors mouth is complaining about how the patient have no consideration, instead of asking how are you doing. Its goes a long way on a simple sentence to make patient feel better. They dont care about their patient. They only care about the pay check they received from the patient they see. Said that the time slot could be filled up by someone else. The patients make appointments to get help, not just making appointments just to have fun, but life happens. Doctors should care about their patient more then anything else. Isnt that the reason they went to Med school to help people? Again one simple sentence How are you doing today? to make the patient feel happy that their doctor cares about them.

Amazing doctors, as I have gone here my whole life . The doctors are nice and respectful for the most part, though my family has been misdignosed before.

I have been seeing Nick and I am so satisfied. He is also my husbands doctor and we are so happy having Nick as our doctor. He is a Rockstar!!!!

I love this clinic. Dr. Kelly has been amazing to us. Shes so thorough and really takes the time to listen. Amazing results in my daughters health since seeing her.

This place doesnt even deserve a a single star rating, should be zero stars. Called to schedule a physical. Got to the doctors office, and was told for the physical to be complete I should have fasted for 10 hours prior. I was never told this when scheduling the appointment, so how was I suppose to know to fast?! The doctor looked at me straight in my face and says, I assume all my patients know to fast, so I just assume everyone knows. Luckily I have proof of what was said. I am highly considering talking to local news outlets so they can investigate patient relations. Also considering legal action. Also when asked about how I was going and started to explain some concerns I had about my body, something I thought you talked about in a physical, the same doctor cut me off, said I was going to get double coded since it could be considered something other than a physical. So when the doctor asks, any concerns with your health? I figured that was the time to bring up my concerns. Nope, told I would get double charged. When the head nurse or whoever the doctor had talk to me about the policy, that lady was very condescending. She talked to me like I was a child, kept interrupting me when I tried to speak, and laughed about the situation instead of addressing anything I was saying. Again, I have proof of that as well. Go to a different doctor, they dont treat their patients with any respect.

Dr Nicholas wanner a great doctor with a lot of experiences and remember well his patient’s and there history ..friendly and take his job seriously ...Excellent listener and willing to help you and make you feel better ,he is a great leader with so much talent and bright future .thank you doctor ,And suzie the nurse you rock highly recommended

The staff that checks you in is extremely rude here. Every time I come here it’s been like that. Besides that usually everything goes well. Doctors are nice and usually very sweet.

Its a pleasant smaller clinic, with friendly staff. Dr. Sharma is a good listener, who carefully considers different treatment options. We discuss options, so I feel I have an advocate who hears my concerns and preferences in regard to my own care. I am very happy with the clinic and Dr. Sharma.

My clinic of choice. Small enough to be easy to get in and out. Staff is friendly and I like the doctors. Wish they had a few more specialties.

I dont know what to say. My doctor, the reception staff, the nurses, the phlebotomists... EVERYONE is the consummate professional. I would recommend this clinic any day of the week! Thank you for your concern and professionalism!

Dr. Clark is an amazing pediatrician, I was lucky to have him as my pediatrician and now for my children. This clinic is great, every person I have dealt with there in the past 20+ years has been honest, helpful and caring. I would recommend them to anyone!

After a miserable experience at another clinic (not a PN), I went to the Eagan Park Nicollet looking for answers. My nurse was phenomenal. She was beyond friendly, talkative, and checked on me multiple times throughout my visit. I could tell that she cared about me as if I was her own sick child. My doctor was no different. I didn’t feel rushed, he explained everything clearly, and answered all the questions I had. Highly recommend Park Nicollet!

We went there to see Dr.Smidt. The Doctor was great with our daughter. We had the issue with the receptionist who checked us in. Our daughter usually cries as soon as she noticed that she has gone to see the doctor. So the receptionist out of the blue said to me, I dont know why those babies cry must be a cultural thing or something It was clear with her body language and every word came out her mouth she was a pure racist. then she realized that she said something inappropriate so she said Im not trying to be racist or anything.This was not our first bad experience at a Park Nicollet location. We have had enough with the very unprofessional staff at Park Nicollet Locations.

My father is a patient at the Park Nicollet primary care clinic. He has Alzheimers Disease. When his primary care giver broke her hip we were desperate for some help arranging care for him. When we found an option for him on 12/24/18 we knew that it would probably take until 12/26 to get the orders we needed for him to be admitted, especially since his primary care provider (Dr. Shivani Rawal) was out of the office until after the new year.It took over two weeks of DAILY calls and go between to get PN Eagan to fill out basic admission forms. In that time my fathers routine was drastically interrupted and he has gone significantly downhill. Their on call providers are not willing/able to provide care to patients in need. They dropped the ball at every turn and didnt have the resources available to complete basic health care tasks.Very disappointing level of care. I hope youll improve in the future and no other patients will be negatively impacted by this poor workflow.
