Nothing like waiting 5 hours.... In the emergency room.... For an emergency...

The ER doctors act like they are god. Never will i return to this so called hospital.

I have never once had a bad experience with this hospital. So Im slightly appalled by all of the negative comments. My son and I both have gone here for 6 years. Everything was always explained to us in detail no matter what. Typically anywhere from 3-10 hours I am there. Although, I was there tonight and I was in and out within 2 hours. I had seen the doctor within 10-15 minutes of being there. I suggest this hospital to everyone and they all love it themselves.

Long wait times and very unfriendly staff

CRAZY ER wait times! Dont go here without an appointment unless you have 6-8 hours to waste. Read all the other reviews that say the same thing and then ask yourself if this sounds like a place committed to quality care.

The worst emergency room visit one could ask for. Its not that the staff was unfriendly, but the fact that Ive been sitting around for 4 hours. At this point I can diagnose my disease, and its called cabin fever. These unholy wait times are blasphemy. By the way Im not even the poor soul that is feeling bad Im just the person that brought them. All in all it would be a waste of time to come here to not even get any results.

Worst hospital that I have ever experienced. Nurses unavailable when needed, loud/obnoxious in front of patients, very rough with procedures, and etc. It is rude and not professional! Their job would get done more efficient and correctly if they would concern themselves with what is expected. Not what theyre doing after work or what theyre buying online. Do not forget patients can hear everything while waiting to be seen by staff. I hope no one needs to be at this hospital for any reason!

This is the worst ET I’ve ever been too! Been on the waiting area for centuries it’s ridiculous! I told them about my issues which is a lot and they still refused to take me right away! I would never recommend not come BACK! I wish I could give 0 stars

Never had a issue until now. The receptionist at the er was extremely rude. African American lady I don’t know her name but was there at 7:45 this morning. Came in with a back injury she didn’t help me lift my baby’s car seat and didn’t make sure I was in the wheelchair properly before pushing me to triage so my feet were going under the wheels all while trying to make sure my infant was in my lap properly. My baby could have fallen out of my lap due to her I don’t want to be here careless attitude. She was rude all the way up to when I left. I asked for a cab because I was stranded with my 3 children she had a attitude giving me the list of cabs she wasn’t any help at all to the point I had to walk to the police station with a back injury to ask for help getting home. The officer told me the hospital had to make sure they found a way for me to get home and told me if I had anymore problems to contact them through the hospital and they would make sure I got home. I always liked this er but this woman had no manners like the rest of the receptionist and when ppl are sick and in pain they don’t want to be treated unfairly and greeted with a rude attitude. The nurses and doctors were more than wonderful to me and my children aside from it all.

This hospital is so racist! I absolutely hate it!!!! I’m so feed up with this place. Every time I come it’s always something. When I came last time they tried to have me lay on some filthy cover they swore was clean but clearly it had blood and someone’s hair on it. I had to point out the exact spots in order for them to change it. Now I go to the e.r to get checked out. I’m waiting for my results somone else gets sent in with the discharge papers for me to sign like damn the doctor couldn’t even come in tell me about the results or give me some suggestions or Not even the lady who gave me the papers😡...i had to open the folder up and read it myself just to see what was going on. I will never return to this pitiful hospital!!

Was there for 7 hours on Sat.. Then had to go back on Weds and sat there with a baby who had almost 105.0 fever and they had me wait for half hour before we were seen to give her meds to get her fever down, then back to waiting room! People were complaining they had been there for hours and hours so we chose to leave after my childs fever went down.. Kinda crazy, now I gotta rush to her doc in am! Nurse also told us that after 12am they go down to 1 doctor!! What!! No wonder we wait for hours and hours:( They are way understaffed for the amount of ppl they have coming into ER..

Worst experience in emergency care of any hospital. Most everyone waited any where from 4 to 5 hours. The Franciscan hospitals just dont care. I was in pain and when I asked if anyone was going to read my xrays I was told to have patience. This is ridiculous!

The ER does not know how to treat someone who comes in for poisoning.

Wait times are ridiculous!!

I would never again go back, 6 waiting for nothing cause they never called me!! So I left and went to another hospital.... Was out in 1hr
