I got a negative impression from the person behind the desk, both on the phone and in person. The staff needs proper training or to be replaced by more professional people. Hey Doc! you get what you pay for.

Having read many negative reviews I had little expectation that my experience would be good. It was in fact wonderful! Dr. Marella was quick, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. The staff was friendly and courteous. I dont think the negative reviews are of any value.

I am in complete utter shock. This woman really must not know what she is doing because after my mother asked one simple question she refused service and kicked us out of the office. Do not recommend anyone go here unless you want to be yelled at.

Absolute worst doctor, rude and condescending. She utterly destroyed my foot with her incompetent surgical skills. I am now facing another surgery with a more qualified doctor to fix what this doctor ruined. I would never recommend anyone see her.

I had orthotics made which never felt right from the start. With multible visits over the next 13 months, they STILL give me foot pain. I can’t wear them and will need to start over with another doctor and pay another $500.I repeatedly ask the doctor to just start over after it was obvious the adjustments were not working. I was repeatedly rebuffed. Then she had the nerve, after 12 months of multiple visits to say we can’t start over because my warranty was up. After I reminded her it wasn’t like I haven’t been back for adjustments did she continue to treat me at no charge.Long waits in the waiting room didn’t help. I often waited up to 45-60 minutes before being seen and then no apology or acknowledgement from the doctor or the staff. There is no acknowledgement from the front desk when you arrive. No smile. No “I’ll be with you in a moment. Please take a seat.” Often I would stand there being totally ignored before I resorted to announcing myself to get their attention and check me in.I have 40 years employed in the dental field. If I had acted in such a disrespectful manner to my patients I would have been fired.

She said that I had fibromialgia and basically called me fat. I lost 40 pounds at the time. She assumed that I didnt get any exercise outside of school, gave me a dirty look, and looked down at my calfs. She reccogmended physical therapy when I told her OVER AND OVER again that I had taken physical therapy before and it NEVER WORKED! This place is a straight joke. Dont go here if you wanna be criticized and judged when all you want is just some help.

Dr. Marella is exceptional. My 13 year old, soccer player, had an injury and needed to be seen right away. Jean the receptionist was extremely helpful getting him in for a same day appointment. Dr Marella had my son get an x-ray and a cat scan, in order to properly provide care. She knew what the injury was but needed the cat scan to be certain. Patty, who works in the office was very helpful with getting the information to me very quickly. I was even able to call Dr Marella and have her paged on a Saturday to ask questions. Overall I highly recommend Advanced Foot Care, The place was clean, professional, friendly and most importantly caring! My son had complete faith in her, because she knew how to handle athletes.

I brought my stepfather here...He is 86years old and the entire staff was HORRIFIC! We were there for about 1 1/2 hour to have his nails cut. They put him in a room after the appt was 20 min late- we were told AFTER I called to see if they were running on time. They were very rude when my step Dad went to the desk saying he did not feel well and wanted to reschedule that they were now booking for 2 months out. Then said the Dr would see Him,put him in a room with no heat with the door closed for almost an hour.I was concerned and asked where he was.I was told still with the Dr and was almost done.I went to go into the room and she was just going in! I asked why they had done that, and was told there were no other drs to help.I was told when we were ready to leave that he needed another appt.I asked what was wrong and was told if I was so concerned I should have gone in with him.Now I wouldnt be able to find out until my next visit.RIGHT? I called the BID to let them know since she is affiliated. They were disappointed but not surprised! I was given another referral.I called the office back to ask to speak to the Dr and was told I should have gone into the office with my dad..Then they hung up!This practice is a joke,folks...I would give it zero stars if possible.
