Absolutely top notch in every way. Dr.Lenk is the most knowledgeable and kind Orthodontist you will find. They took such great care of my son during his time in braces. We were always kept up to date by the office staff and by Dr. Lenk himself and knew how treatment was progressing. Even when my son had a run-in with a baseball a month before he was scheduled, Dr. Lenk stayed after hours to fix him up and keep him on track. We were referred to Lenk Orthodontics by our dentist for both our children. Our oldest was given a “free pass” because the small amount of adjustment needed would require extensive orthodontic treatment and it was decided by Dr. Lenk that the cost and inconvenience to our child wasn’t worth it. Our second child got braces to correct their bite. We were given an estimated time frame of 18-24 months for treatment. Even with a minor delay due to Covid, our child just got their braces off - total time approximately 18 months! And what a beautiful smile! We have been impressed by the care and skill shown by Dr. Lenk and his staff. Everything about the practice is top notch. Dr. Lenk is super nice and his staff is well-trained and professional. We appreciated all the little details from appointment reminders, Covid safety protocols, keeping appointments brief and on time, to the clear instructions for our child to follow. Everything was in perfect order from day one with the free consult to post treatment and retainers. We chose Lenk because of its good reputation within the community, recommendation from our dentist and the convenient proximity to our child’s school. Now we can confidently recommend them to others. We could not have had a better experience.

I cannot say enough great things about Lenk Orthodontics. Everyone is friendly, professional and polite. I love their use of technology to schedule/check-in/confirm appointments. Dr. Lenk does a great job explaining in lay terms what he is doing for my kids care. The staff are all well trained and seem to love their jobs. 2 kids in braces, 1 to go!

Excellent experience with everything at Lenk Orthodontics! They are always on time and a “10 minute appointment” is actually a 10 minute appointment. It’s worth a hundred stars when your child looks forward to their orthodontist appointment.

Today I had an appointment that for some reason there was a discrepancy in the time. I arrived on time for what I believed to be my appointment time only to be told it was earlier. The girl behind the counter states that she would see what she could do to reschedule. She comes out to the waiting room to tell me that since I missed my appointment that I was not able to reschedule. I said that was okay I can move it to next week. She said no we cant reschedule, youll have to find another Orthodontist. Unbelievable! Kinda sums it up as to what they truly think about their patients. I could see if I completely disregarded the appointment, but I showed up for what I thought to be the scheduled time. Many offices charge a fee ($25) if you skip an appointment, but here they would rather disregard you. Thank you Lenk Orthodontics!

I have brought all 3 of our kids to see Dr. Lenk (thankfully only two actually needed braces). My youngest recently finished with his braces so we are finally at the end! Dr. Lenk has been truly wonderful and we are really happy with the resulting smiles. He is one of the most thorough, caring and professional doctors I have seen and I am glad that my family was referred to him (especially after seeing another orthodontist who would have put all 3 of my kids in braces even though only 2 of them needed this). Ask around- many of my friends have also been to Dr. Lenks office and all have felt the same way I do.

My youngest just got her braces off today. All 3 of my kids went to Lenk Ortho. Great experience. Great staff and Dr. Lenk is great with kids.
