Originally constructed in 1948, Chesterfield served as a cigarette manufacturing factory for a Tobacco Company. In 2017, the newly renovated chesterfield building opened and most spaces used for Duke University’s life science labs.

I visited the Durham tech suite.

Nice historic building that had been modernized inside.

Sun light washes down into the building and makes it look great.
