Ive been a patient at this clinic for over 20 years. Its a wonderful place, the people are always friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Klein is my doctor and he is the best doctor Ive ever had. He is always on top of things and very thorough. You wont find a better doctor anywhere. The wait time is minimal, always.

I am trying to get established with a new Doctor since Ive moved here from out of state. I tried to get established with Dr. Klein. First, I left a message on the voicemail as directed for new patients. I never heard back. I called a second time, talked to someone in the office and they took my information and assured me the scheduler would call me back to set up an appointment. That never happened. I called a third and final time, talked to a person in the office and explained the process I had followed. She said the scheduler was out to lunch, but would have her call me back.Three phone calls, no reply or follow up

Everyone at Triangle is very kind, helpful, and understanding. I wouldnt see anyone else but Dr. Kallianois. He is professional, caring, and listens to his patients concerns.

I have never been to this office before and do not ever plan to after speaking to the receptionist, Sylvia. She was VERY rude and not a pleasant person to speak to whatsoever. I would recommend a different person answering your phones, as she would make someone turn away from your clinic in a heartbeat.

The entire staff are professional and strive to make the patients feel comfortable and confident in choosing Triangle Physicians. We came back to them after returning to the Triangle after being out of state for a few years. I highly recommend them as your choice for primart care physicians.

Dr. Klein was witty, authentic, and candid in his responses to my questions and his concern for my health was as genuine as they come. The waits were minimal, and the staff were friendly. The only thing holding it back from five stars from me would be they lack any kind of digital patient interaction, which it sounds like they are working on.

Never saw Dr Klein but I can say Dr killanois is one of the nicest down to earth folks around. One thing i struggled with finding a provider is one who doesnt have that doctor attitude. He makes you feel welcome and that you can be honest with him

Been a patient there for over 20 years. Its nice when the staff know you and you can build a repore with one physician. Unlike going to a Duke facility and have a rotation of doctors.Some of my family members have to indulge in this. Its not easy, especially if you have a primary problem.

I love Dr. Klein and the staff at this facility. Ive been going here for years and am pleased with the service.

The lady that files the insurance needs to be fired. She was unbelievably rude to me. I have never been talked to so unprofessional. She said my insurance wasnt valid even though I actually had insurance and had proof! I even offered to pay cash or pay the entire amount by credit card but they refused to let me see the doctor. Dr Klein is an awesome physician but I wont go back there until they can afford more professional office workers

This incident happened on 09/04/2018. I am not a patient at this office however I have family members and friends who are. I was SUPER disappointed in the display I witnessed and I am even more disappointed that things seem to be business as usual. I am aware that the office has been contacted about this incident and no one has followed up with myself or the individual who contacted your office.I am fully aware that we all have our own opinions and beliefs and we are free to express those opinions but I wouldnt expect it to happen in a doctors office , in full view of your patients.My experience in this office.............Nurse (Lynn), LOUDLY, complained that the receptionist should get rid of her Nike shoes because they just signed Kaepernick to a deal worth millions.YOU need to get rid of those shoes! she said.As if we dont get to decide for ourselves when we chose to protest.If you cant stand for the anthem then you need to get fired and just get off the field.The receptionist (a black woman) tries to explain..well people should try to understand the reason behind them kneeling. She cant finish her comment.Nurse: *waving her arms in protest* No, no, no! You stand for the anthem or you get fired.Receptionist just stopped talking. It was obvious that this was not a discussion that she wanted to have. She quickly gave up and moved on.All this with a lobby FULL of people waiting, and in shock.😳She obviously saw NOTHING wrong with her little protest in front of patients and guest at HER JOB but Kap isnt allowed the same freedoms at HIS.Maybe SHE should be fired for HER little protest.In addition, Lynn returned later continuing to go on about this topic as well as loud complaints about John McCains funeral service and how no one paid her her dads funeral. Lynn seems to be VERY opinionated, which is absolutely her right however I dont believe this was the time nor the place. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!I would NEVER recommend this office.#Hypocrite#CompletelyOffened

After several pain clinics, this is the 1st time that I actually liked the DRs. I have to see a psychologist as well as the pain DR. I already have the ST Jude Elite in my lower right back for stenosis and degenerative disc disease. Tired of meds, trying marinol as well. Im having to drive to NC weekly, from VA, but its worth the drive. This DR is keen on the Nevro. My SJM non-rechargable will only last me 16 months, already down to 1/3 power. Id rather switch to the Nevro instead of getting SJMS rechargeable.Im using the burst mode now. Its just not enough as I still get lvl 10 pain several times a day. I dont normally write reviews, I am with this place.

I cant review Dr. Kallianos himself because I was never able to see him. I made an appt on the phone with Tondra. When asked what insurance I have I gave all the information I was asked. I showed up for my appt and was told that my insurance was not compatible with their office. No big deal, I just wish I would have known before driving out there. Tondra then began arguing with me at the reception desk in the waiting room telling me I gave her a certain BCBS type, however, I was never asked what type it was when making the appt or that information would have gladly been given. The point is... people come to the doctor because they arent feeling well. People dont want to be argued with in the waiting room in front of other people about insurance matters. It was embarrassing and disappointing that I wasted my time making the trip there. For me... it wasnt the insurance issue that upset me. It was the rude way in which it was handled and how I was made out to be a liar when truly, why would anyone lie about insurance when a card or proof must be presented at the time of the appointment?! Now Im back to square one in finding a new doctor.
