The staff here were polite, efficient, and provided great care! Within an hour, I was seen and given a prescription that will resolve my issue (allergic reaction). The staff even helped explain which pharmacy was closest to me and provided directions. Thank you all for what you do, especially in this trying time.

Went sick with possible strep. They promptly sent me to my car. Swabbed me for strep and covid, both negative but never examined me. Never looked at me or anything. The couldn’t have cared less. And charged me $175

We had a great experience. All the staff was so friendly and helpful. It was close to closing time on a beautiful Sunday afternoon, I’m sure they all wanted to elsewhere. But they we so gracious to us, the P. A. Hamblin was wonderful. He put our 16 your old daughter at ease while he examined, gave shots and eventually gave her 5 stitches. He had her laughing and smiling when the ordeal was over. Thank you.

I found the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable. As a semi new resident to Durant they made me feel welcome comfortable and at home. The Doctor was very nice and got me in and out quickly and took care of my issue. I would recommend them to anyone needing urgent care.

The nurse practioner has 0 beside manner, Im not sure if she is just having a bad day but she is extremely rude.The doctor however is awesome!!I would like to think they would pride themselves on having friendlier staff!!

An old nurse was super rudeness. The debts collector should to be suit her better.I always believe in the health care have to be love - care- passionate- kinds to everyone doesnt matter where are they come from, race, skin colour.I did not see in this clinic at this time

I fell on the ice helping my elderly neighbors with their firewood. I went to the ER in Dallas and was treated with respect and dignity, but unfortunately their power went out before I could get an X-ray. We then had to leave town because there was no electricity, and ended up with friends in Durant. I came to this urgent care on the advice of my friends and I am so sorry that I ever stepped foot in this place.This office forgot to call in my prescription and the NP called me a liar after I had driven to the pharmacy and confirmed with the UC receptionist that it hadnt been called in. The nurse practitioner also literally LAUGHED and asked me if I was just seeking pain pills. A radiologist never consulted on my scans before I was refused any pain relief (other than anti-inflammatories). He told me to go to the ER if I wanted pain relief.Im seven years sober from alcohol. I was NOT seeking opiate pain relief. I was just seeking medical care, and I did not receive it without judgment, mocking, and multiple phone calls.Oh, and also, the nurse refused to speak a word to me after I mentioned my wife (Im a woman). We are in town from Dallas to escape the ice, and this was genuinely a horrible experience.

Absolutely love this clinic. Nurses (minus 1) are sweet, nice and greet with a smile. Dr. Jeff is knowledgeable and polite with great bedside manner. They are quick and proficient. I would highly recommend them.

Yall be sure not to use this place they charged us $75 each for the twins. Just to pull in the parking lot and call the doctor. The twins could not go in because they said they have Covid symptoms. The wife explained to the urgent care about them having ear infections. The doctor did not want them to come in because they might have Covid symptoms. Ok that’s fine and dandy then send us somewhere else if you don’t want to see your patients. The doctor never seen our twins or couldn’t even look in their ears and still charge that much. What a rip off guess they needed the money worse than others.

Horrible experience all around... lady on the phone was nice, the nurse that did intake however was rude and dismissive. They did some x-rays on the complaint, told us that our PCP didnt know what he was talking about, the Dr never visually looked at the patient saying that all he needed to do was look at the films... was discharged with nothing more than take it easy... no resolution, or opinions, I am absolutely livid that we wasted our time and money with this facility, next time well just go to TMC.

The Doctor was nice. Thats why Im giving This place 4 stars. I cant say much for the nurse That took my sons temperature and glared at me because I was not going fast enough on the paperwork. Im not mad though. Some people are just rude. Its not her fault. She was born that way

Walked in blood dripping from my hand, a 4 inch cut, and they hand me a form to fill out. Seriously lady? Stop the bleeding then we can worry about what my DOB is.

Doctors were very nice, but nurses were incredibly rude to me and my family.

I have been to this facility on numerous occasions for myself and for my kids, and I have NEVER had an experience like today. The front office staff, as well as, the triage nurse was very rude and seemed like they wanted to be in another place. I work at the TMC hospital and if we treated patients like this it would be addressed immediately, with a verbal warning or a write up. I will think long and hard before returning here for medical care!
