I love Dr.Sangeeta Khetpal. She is super sweet and I feel like she truly cares and wants to figure out the problem. She’s the first doctor I have ever had that has personally called me back and not had someone else do it. And they have several sweet girls that work there as well. Lilly stands out, she’s super nice and very helpful. Neither got aggravated that I had so many questions.

Dr. Sangeeta took over my MILS care after a hospital stay. She has worked hard with us to get my MILS health back on track and to keep her healthy with out just prescribing more pills. She listens to what is going on and has her patients best interests at heart! So thankful she has been there for us!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure the patients get everything they need. The doctors are excellent. They don’t stop until they know what is going on with a patient and how to fix it. They are there to listen to a patients every need. Definitely the best place to go!!

Went and saw Dr. Kheptal this past Saturday and he made time to come into the clinic to see me and address my needs as far as adjusting my medication. He is a very kind and cooperative individual and from his demeanor I was able to tell that he has it in his heart to help people to the best of his abilities. I went to see Dr. V. Kheptal for a one time heart workup before a surgery. That was in late 2020. He assumed the role as my primary physician and took over my prescriptions. He is NOT my primary physician. As a result, I can’t fill the prescription that I need because it appears that more than one doctor was requesting my medication. Now I am stuck untangling the mess and will be without medication until I can see my primary physician in 2 weeks.

The only issue I had is that I was called to come in early and they made me wait to beyond the point of my original appointment so I I sat there waiting for two hours before I was seen which did not make me very happy because my time is valuable too , but as far as the doctor and his care and his attention and his knowledge and skill... all good.

Dr. Sangeeta is a caring person and a good doctor, a rare combination these days. Her office, like others, has staffing problems occasionally, but the doctors and PA are accessible and problems are addressed and corrected. Durant is lucky to have the Heart and Medical Center.

The Heart place as been nothing but top rated in my book. They got on my issue very quick and I feel they saved my life possibly from a stroke or heartattack. They are very personal and are there for their patients anytime. I feel like they proved a family caring environment. In the course of a week my son had to have 2 covid tests and a flu test for work. They got him in quickly and gave us the results as soon as they had them. No hassle and super friendly!

Im a Survivor of a Heart Attack! One evening, by Ambulance Dr Vivek was passing by the room I was being treated.. When he saw me he told the ER Staff Thats my Patient, he immediately took over my care, started procedures. I would recommend Dr Khepal to anyone whose in need of a Cardiologist. Dr. Sangeeta and Dr. Vivek Khetpal have always been available for us when we needed them even during the pandemic lockdown when me and my sisters physician here in Florida abandoned her patients and we needed our medications. The Khetpals were available over the telephone to treat us until we could secure a new physician. They have set the bar high in how they treat their patients. The Florida doctors are flippant and do not care about the patient and neither does their office staff. The doctors needs to fly to Oklahoma and take a class in good physician patient treatment and office skills. Thank God for Telemedicine!

This is my father’s health care provider and this is really a wonderful place. Always a super friendly staff, and a nice waiting room too. I really appreciate the thought they put into his care. Time management is something that is important to me and even if they are super busy he gets in and out in an appropriate manner. Needless to say if you have questions of where to go for your own health care I would give this place a shot.

Dr. Sangeeta was very helpful i moved to durant didnt have a doctor and needed care! She made sure to get me in right away. Her staff is very nice and all work hard if your looking for a client they are great!

I came in on July 20th to establish care with Dr. Sangeeta Khetpal and to talk about high blood pressure. Originally, I made an appointment through the online system, which did not actually put me in the system and I had to wait 2 hours to be seen by her. When I did see her, she seemed concerned about my blood pressure and put me on 3 different medications, which I had never taken before, and wanted me to schedule and echo-cardiogram and wear a 24-hour heart monitor. The staff told me after my appointment that they needed insurance approval before scheduling those tests. No follow-up appointment was ever made and no one ever called me back about the tests, even after my repeated phone calls and messages. I am finding another new doctor, as I cant trust her with my health. I also have no refills for the medication and Im extremely concerned with how to get off of this medication as they are for blood pressure. A word of advice, if you cant care for all your patients, dont take any new ones.

Dr Sangeeta Khetpal has been my doctor since early March. From the first visit she listened and was concerned with my overall wellness and not just the issue that day. She is very smart and compassionate.

The worst thing about seeing Dr. Vivek is the wait. Sometimes hes very busy and it may take awhile to see him. Dr. Vivek has always been honest and professional with me. I trust him with my life.....

Sangeeta ran a lot of unnecessary test because i have good insurance. I told her i could not pay co payments. She said not to worry that she would work with me .Now 182.00 is being turned over to credit collections because i can not pay co pays. Not only a sad excuse for a doctor but also a liar.

I really love The Heart And Medical Center. Most people that see the doctors here are older men and women. But its a place for all adults young or old. Im 25 so Im one of their younger patience. This is one of only a few medical centers Ive been to and actually enjoyed being there. I dont mind waiting to see the doctors here. its not a long wait but its worth the wait. Everyone here is very nice and helpful. Even the other patients that are waiting are nice and respectful. Doctor sangrita is my primary doctor I absolutely love her. She is also my dads, moms, grandparents, aunts and uncles doctor as well also my boyfriend. Which he just recently found out he has a enlarged heart so hes seen both doctors now. Im a fairly new patient here but in just a short amount of time they have helped me tremendously. they also take soonercare so thats a plus. If anyone is looking for a new doctor or wanting to change I would recommend seeing sangrita.

I have battled with diabetes since my senior year in high school and have always felt horrible no matter what other doctors did or prescribed. By my third visit with dr.sangeeta she had completely turned my Health and my life around. I honestly dont know what would have happened without her help. I highly recommend her to everyone!

I saw both Vivek and Sangeeta for 2 1/2 years. I was told I was dying of congestive heart failure and COPD at 37 years old. They medicated me heavily and we’re constantly having me in for a test after test after test. My health never got any better at all as a matter fact it continued to worsen to the point where I had given up. After a friend recommended me to another doctor and I found out that not only did I not have COPD I did not have congestive heart failure my problems were related to lupus. Within one visit to this other doctor I had had five of the procedure scheduled that I had been waiting years for with her

Appt. Is not required. They do have imagining services. The Drs are great they take their time with you. If you are put in the hospital they will be seeing you daily. will also be following you afterwards. Dr Vivek is a heart dr and Dr sangita is an internal medicine doc. Both are great. Highly recommended.

If there time management wasnt so bad it would be an ok place, but it takes so long.
