This was my first visit and I have to say this place was amazing they were very informative and up front and honest about how my treatment should go and didnt try to pressure me into getting more expensive work done that wasnt needed. I have bad social anxiety on top of a fear of dentists from bad experiences in the past but they put me right at ease. The staff are so warm and friendly as well. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

Always have a great experience. They do their best to make sure I am cared for. They do well when it comes to not letting you feel pain. They work woth it on payment plans. That is a big plus. Dr. Evens is very nice and so is everyone else. I go there a lot I do not think I will ever go anywhere else for myself i wish they took soonercare so my kids could go there.. But they dont. My daughter went there a few times and wasnt scared or nervous and she has been like that with some other dentist. I really do give them a 5 star rating they deserve it.

All my experiences with the Smart Mouth staff have been very positive, from an extraction to a crown and, most recently, a cleaning & whitening. I havent felt any significant pain in any of my treatments. I cant believe what a difference the cleaning & whitening made in the appearance of my teeth. Im 68 & a coffee & tea drinker, and the hygienist, Brittany, worked cleaning my teeth for close to an hour. She was very conscientious about removing all the tartar. Dr. Evans & all his staff are super-nice & professional.

Believe me when I say that she went above and beyond to make sure that my fathers dental appointment today was a success.Every step of the way we were treated with compassion and dignity. Laura did not just take my call and schedule our appointment. She was understanding and patient with me as I explained my fathers needs. She genuinely cared. My daughter recommend Dr. Evans at Smart Mouth dental in Durant and Im ever so grateful she did. Although its a small office the staff are busy and amazingly friendly. I have high anxiety about dental office thanks in part to childhood dental trauma, but Dr. Evans put me at ease with his mild manners and soothing voice. He also informed me step by step what he was doing beginning with the injection to the necessary extraction. Because of my fear of dentist I havent been to the dentist in years which has resulted in lots of necessary dental work. Called 2 weeks ago and told them I had a broken upper wisdom tooth and they said it would be 2 weeks before I could be seen. Went to my appointment yesterday, September 14, 2021, and they looked at it and said they could pull said broken tooth and 2 other wisdom teeth on September 30th. I scheduled the appointment and today, September 15th, 2021, I get a call in the morning saying there was a scheduling conflict and that my appointment needed to be moved to October 21st, 2021. I can understand moving it a couple of days but 3 weeks is just ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Im in severe pain and because they cant read a schedule Im having to wait 5 weeks to get the help I need. Needless to say I will be cancelling my appointment and going elsewhere. I cant wait that long. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE.

This place is a gem! The staff was awesome and courteous and the work I had done was painless. Dr. Evans I would recommend to anyone for all your dental needs. Sometimes I really put off going to the dentist but he made me feel right at home and very calm. Great place!!

First I do want to say that their staff was extremely friendly the facility was clean. I did leave disappointed though. I had a tooth that was causing a lot of pain. I called them and was happy that they could get me in fairly quickly. On the phone I was told that the tooth would be taken care of that day. At the appointment I found out that was not the case. The dentist looked at my tooth and gave me options which I chose from. After this he said his assistant would finish helping me out and left the exam room. Tooth was not pulled or any work done. I was told I had to make an appointment to have the tooth extracted which was going to be a month out (end of June). If I was told that to begin with I would not have made the appointment and looked for a place that could get me in sooner.

This is a great place, friendly professional people with great attitudes. I love my new partial thank you for making me smile again.

I broke my front tooth out today and they were the only dentistry that would actually help me and even though they didn’t accept my insurance they were able to come up with a payment planned that worked great for me and my tight budget. They even took time out of their lunch to work on me after I had left to see what other options I had in town and inevitably had to come back, which I do not regret. You couldn’t even tell I broke my tooth out today thanks to Smart Mouth!

Crown fell off. Called Smartmouth at 2:30 and was told to come right in. Although I live 30 minutes away, my crown was cemented and I was on my way home in less than an hour of my initial call. Can’t beat that.

I give this 5 stars. Considering the Covid 19 pandemic, I was a little hesitant about having a dental procedure done. I was instructed to call when I got to the office. I waited in my car until the room was ready, my temp was taken and I went directly to the room. I was met by friendly staff who made sure I was comfortable and answered any questions that I had. Dr Evans was very professional and caring. He made sure I was comfortable during the procedure and even personally called me at the close of the day!!! I will definitely be a return customer!

I visited Smart Mouth Family Dental for my first time today. From beginning to end, the staff and doctor were all so very friendly, professional, patient, and comforting. I am one of those patients who is very afraid of dental procedures. I came in with wisdom tooth pain. I thought I would just be getting x-rays and an exam and would have to have the extraction scheduled for a later date. The doctor had some extra time from a cancelled appointment and was able to pull my wisdom tooth today! I was very nervous and had the jitters and they kept talking to me and kept me calm. By far the best dental experience I’ve ever had.i mean, as best as an experience you can have when having a wisdom tooth extracted. I would absolutely refer this doctor and his staff to family and friends!! I have an appointment scheduled for a thorough exam, treatment plan, and cleaning, and actually am looking forward to it! This was my daughters first visit to the dentist, aged 4. She needed to have a cavity filled. This was my first visit and i was not very happy with them First of all i should have been told that i should stop and pick up paperwork to be filled out because you can not use their waiting room! Also i was never told when i made my appointment for cleaning that i would have to come back for a second visit before i could get my cleaning, which is another month out!

Highly recommended!! I cant say enough about the staff here. They immediately make you comfortable and at home. I, as well as my daughter, have a fear of the dentist. I typically take earbuds and use nitrous oxide when I have work done. Today, thanks to the wonderful hygienist, I used neither!Oh yeah. It was 1/3 the price of my old dentist.

I had a tooth break off of my denture which was purchased from Smart Mouth Family Dental. When I took it in, they immediately did a temporary fix as I am an attorney and had to be in Court and did not want to go to Court with a front tooth missing. I took it in the next morning for a permanent fix. They did an excellent job and did not charge me anything for fixing my denture. The dentist as well as all of the staff is friendly and wonderful to work with. They make you feel like you are a part of their family. I highly recommend Smart Mouth Family Dental.

I’ve been going here for about 3 years now, every visit I’ve had has been great. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help you. Dr. Evans is great, listens to your concerns, answers questions thoroughly and makes sure things go as smoothly and as painless as possible.

When I scheduled my appointment I told them my filling had fallen out. Not rocket science to know if you’ve ever had a tooth filled. Rather than creating a large enough time slot to fix my tooth they had me come in for an ex ray to confirm what I already knew..... so now I get to miss work again for what I scheduled my original appointment for and also get to pay another visit fee I’m sure. Fail on their part today in my opinion.

I would highly recommend Smart Mouth Family Dental. Had 10 teeth removed, and dentures put in. He was very gentle and thoughtful of your experience. Also made sure there was minimal pain if any and the slightest sign of pain was addressed immediately. Had to make 2 appointments as an infection prevent further extractions due to numbing agent not being able to be absorbed in specific areas. Which Im greatly appreciative, he made me take antibiotics and come back when treatment of infection was done. Which made for a almost pain free extractions and recoveries. Pricing is beyond fair, and the payment options make it easier to get the work you need without hurting your other obligations. Very satisfied with the work I have received from Smart Mouth and plan to get a bit more.

The staff here are great and the doctor is nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I had a dental issue on a Thursday, no one could/would get me in as an emergency case till the following week, except Smart Mouth. I was able to come in the very next day and had my broken tooth (nerve exposed) pulled. My 10 year old son also goes there and he loves it. Always asks when his next cleaning will be. The only downer is they dont take Soonercare or I would take my foster kids there too.

This place is great. The staff is so friendly. They make you feel very comfortable and they are easy to get along with.
