A-Med was extremely helpful in that they had in stock the filter for my oxygen concentrator I desperately needed. NOTE if you own an Evenflow Respironics concentrator: it stated in my user manual there are no user-serviceable parts and said the only maintenance needed is wiping down the exterior. This is WRONG!! After 4+ years I noticed diminished effectiveness of my concentrator and on YouTube found instructions on how to easily remove and replace the inlet filter. A-Med was the only place nearby that had the right part. THANK you! Apparently they are supposed to be replaced every two years or so; dont let yours get as bad as mine! 😲 FYI, A-Med is located in the building behind AJs nursery, not the same building; call first due to restricted entry due to Covid.
HORRIBLE, was lost in their system twice no record of me, or machine used at night and NEVER maintained equipment . Since I turned in unmaintained machine , quitting this company my oxygen has gone up by itself from 91 to 95 !!
Terrible experience. the doctor submitted an order for a pediatric Pulse Ox monitor and they sent an adult unit, with adult instructions. Very dirty pulse ox band. I called to request a pediatric unit and they remailed the same adult pulse ox reader without instructions. I called a third time and they never bothered to contact me again. Terrible customer service, any other company would be better. They send dirty/used pulse ox bands every time for pediatric patients.
Since a supervisor could not be bothered with contacting me -as per request- over your high strung and incompetent Veterans service person hanging up on me January 29th... I will be calling the Albuquerque VA tomorrow.
O2 for you! Good products nice people
Very helpful.
