Agree with previous input, staff is great F2F but getting anyone to answer the phone is extremely problematic. I had six calls, left VM and no response. I retired from the VA so understand healthcare complexities but I hope the surgical plans are more effective than their communication plans.

I’m very picky about my doctors and Dr. Esposito and Animas Hospital did an outstanding job of repairing my 3 disconnected hamstring tendons from a waterskiing accident. He was quick to schedule the surgery and very meticulous in making the repairs. The support staff were awesome too.

Have been trying to schedule here for over a week. My doctor has sent two referrals over. I have left at least 4 voicemails and called twice that. The providers may be good, but the office management, as it seems others have also experienced, is unacceptable.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Helped schedule me as quick as possible and i didnt waste any time in the waiting room

STAY AWAY!! Inaccurate billing procedures, misleading front office staff, they WILL NOT call you back, Ben Rae is the Office Manager of this place and although hell promise you everything, he does not follow up, or have any solutions. 7 calls to this place and they still cannot solve a simple billing issue. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE

1st experience - My husband had a knee injury and was able to get in to be seen a week and a half after iniitially being seen in their ER. The staff in their office is friendly and we didnt have to wait long in the lobby to be seen for the scheduled appointment. Doctor Esposito is easy to talk to and attentive. So far so good. He was supposed to set us up with a follow up with Dr Phibbs and we have not heard anything back as yet. Its been two weeks, not so good.2nd experience - I called to schedule an appointment on our own with Dr Phibbs a week ago and had to leave a message for scheduling and I am still waiting for a return phone call.Summary - nice people but very poor on follow through. Plan on being a squeaky wheel. Personally I feel if I have to be a pest to get a follow up I question their integrety. I dont like begging.
