I transferred to Bright Day Orthodontics this year after moving from Alaska. I absolutely love the atmosphere and positivity in the workplace and all of the staff are so nice. I’ve never had any trouble and all appointments have went great! I would rate 10/10 and highly recommend Bright Day!

Brightday was one of the best Orthodontist office Ive been too! Dr. Lovell took the time to perfect my teeth. Unfortunately I got my braces off during the pandemic when masks were mandated. Now that they have relaxed the mandates, I show off his work. I love my smile so much I catch myself in the mirror to often. Maria and Ashley where the best assistants. Their chatty demeanor always made visit memorable they got to know me and I got to know them. They made me feel right at home in his new stunning office. Melanie always worked with me when I was running late and, very fortunate to alway be flexible within those 15 minutes. I recommend Dr. Lovell first to everyone that ask! 👍 I wish the best to all 🙌

We’ve had such a great experience with Bright Day Orthodontics! We moved right after my son got his braces on and traveled quite a distance to continue care here. The staff always are kind, friendly, and patient. The treatment plan was much quicker than anticipated and the results were great. My son loves his smile so much more now. Dr.Lovell and his team are wonderful I could not have asked for better service he was very gentle with my daughter His assistants Maria and Ashley are super sweet and gentle. Id give these guys a ten star if they had it and not to mention it but anybody needing their child to see a orthodontist who has Colorado Medicaid skip the worries about driving to Farmington Dr. Lovell accepts Colorado Medicaid and I highly recommend him and his team they are so gentle and they explain everything so you are not left wondering whats next like other orthodontists...

Dr. Lovell and his staff have been very wonderful to work with and do an amazing job every time that we come in. I have seen an amazing difference in a short amount of time in my sons teeth as well as his willingness to smile more and more as his confidence grows. Im currently a student at The Fort, and I was nervous about going to an orthodontist Id never been to before. I had detached one side of my permanent retainer and needed it re-glued. From the receptionist helping me to get an appointment and recommending how to deal with my broken retainer in the mean time, all the way to my actual appointment, I would have to say the staff and doctor were phenomenal. If youre looking for an orthodontist in Durango, look no further!

At first I was going to an Ortho in Farmington and Dr.Lovell looked at my braces and I switched over and I am very thankful for Bright Day and what they have done for me. Amazing and caring staff. Reasonable pricing. Totally recommend Bright Day!

Bright Day Orthodontics was the 2d orthodontists office I went to for my sons braces. The first orthodontist I saw said we had to do Phase I and Phase II (2 sets of braces) and quoted a huge fee just for the Phase I and a bigger fee for Phase II. Dr. Lovell said Phase I wasnt necessary to fix the problem with his bite and we should wait 9 months and come back for just one set of braces. That was a little over 2 years ago. Yesterday my sons braces came off and he was so excited, we knew his teeth were going to be awesome but the end result was fantastic! If you want good work done with an honest doctor, this is the place.

The service, professionalism, and quality here are absolutely top notch. And the level of kindness and thoughtfulness Ive found in the staff here is a rare thing in this world. Do not hesitate to choose them for your orthodontic needs. I am so glad I found them!!

Very great I would recommend going they did wonderful work on my teeth, cared so much when I had braces and was very comforting and sweet. Best place to go for help and to help fix any teeth problems wonderful job love the staff and very sweet would recommend :)

We were in Durango on vacation from Texas. We had an orthodontic situation with my sons braces. I called and they told us to come whenever we could and they would help us. They even stayed later and waited for us to arrive!! The orthodontist took the time to look at my son and make sure everything with his rubber bands was correct. I thanked them for helping us even though we weren’t a patient and they answered, “You’re our patient today!” So helpful and kind!! If I lived anywhere near Durango this would be our orthodontist for sure!!

We live in Bayfield and drive out of the way to this orthodontist...GLADLY. His staff is always kind and sweet. The Orthodontist explains everything to where I can understand it. I am so grateful we were referred here!!! I actually, now, look forward to my appointment rather than dreading them😃 HERE COMES MY BEAUTIFUL SMILE!!!!

Lack of communication and information 😡 I was called by the Dentist while my son was in the chair and told off, saying I was rude to his receptionist when I pointed out I was not from Durango and her communication with me said nothing about a mask. More over I was not offered one!! I left directly to my truck in the parking area, where I received this extremely unprofessional and very rude call, as my son is old enough to be by himself as I stated to her as well. I have reviewed and reported this to all the channels available and will continue to do so. Very very offended and aghast at the lack of any professionalism what so ever!! Not a single person was treated or spoken to poorly besides myself and I certainly would not recommend!!

LOVE this office and all of the staff. We laugh and we have fun. I am very satisfied with the service here and my teeth are looking amazing. I cant wait to see how it all looks in the end. Ive waited 39 years for braces and straight teeth. I couldnt have asked for a better Ortho team to help me with this goal. Anytime I hear someone looking for an orthodontist, I refer them here. Seriously, my favorite people... Id give more than 5 stars if I could.

Dr. Lovell is a very caring and compassionate orthodontist. I took my son to Dr. Herman in Farmington and had multiple bad appointments and Dr. Lovell really made up for another orthodontist poor work!!!! Super amazing work!!! His staff is also very friendly and really go above and beyond!!!

I was in town for 2 weeks on business and had a bracket come loose. My ortho back in Golden told me it wasnt likely I would find a local ortho that would fix me up. But Dr. Chris and staff came through for me. They were glad to help me out and they were super quick and so friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

This is a brand new ortho practice in Durango. The staff is friendly, and Dr Lovell seems very qualified and is willing to listen and work with you on dental issues as well as payment plans. I very much recommend him to straighten your teeth. I love the cute office!
