Things here seemed ok until a recent dealing with the lady at the front desk. I believe her name might have been Marlene.My mother is a resident here and we needed to conduct some routine business. Unfortunately the lady at the front desk was on one. She was so rude I was just in shock. I’ve never been treated so bad. I tried to talk nice hoping I could de-escalate her attitude a bit, but she just got worse. Her actions actually scared me because I thought she is definitely the type that might intentionally mistreat my Mom because she wasmad at me. This is not at all the feeling anyone should ever get from any person who is the position to care for someone who can’t care for themselves. Needless to say we are in the process of removing my mother. If you consider placing someone here please, at least, get to know the folks before hand. And maybe make a couple of trips acting like you’re not a residents family member. That way they can’t fake the niceness.

Four corners nursing home is a terrible place to have a loved one stay, my grandpa was here for about two years and he never got the clothes he had back or his food was cold or his shower was freezing the staff is so disrespectful! The times I would go visit I’d talk to others that lived there too I’d help them the there shoes and ask them about how they liked it there and they also had an awful experience. My grandpa passed away yesterday, the way he was treated her make me sick to my stomach you don’t deserve one star.

I was just back at 4 corners for my 2nd visit. Once again they took great care of me and got me back home in a months time. Everyone there is top-notch and truly cares about their residents. Lauren and social services went above and beyond to help me out. She is truly an asset to the company and a wonderful person with a very caring heart. Marlene at the front desk is also one of the best. Always available and ready to help you out or just stop by and say hi. All of the nurses, CNA‘s, and those in management Are top notch!! The physical and occupational therapy team Are top-notch and truly do their best to get you going and back home as soon as possible. You can’t ask for a more dedicated team who truly cares and only want the best for you. During this Covid time, every precaution was taken and I never worried once about getting it. They are always testing and making sure things are up to standards. I for one appreciate them, and want to thank them for making me feel like a part of their family! I would wholeheartedly not be afraid to refer anyone to This facility!

I cannot say enough good things about Four Corners Health Care, the staff is wonderful and very caring. They take the time to explain everything to you so you know what is going on with your loved one and how they are doing. Management is very responsive and you can tell they are trying to make the facility more home-like rather than a dreary institution. I would recommend this facility if you ever find yourself in need of such a place.

My mom went into Four Corners sad and feeling like her life was over. The staff has, thoroughly, turned her attitude to one of joy and participation. I will be grateful forever.

My experience at this facility was a blessing during a difficult time after a major spine surgery, when extensive recovery and rehab support was needed. The staff was attentive and worked very hard adjusting any needed changes to provide maxim benifit for my healing to advance. However, the food could use some improvement. Not only was the nursing care exceptional, the on site physical therapy facility was excellent. The individual care I received from the knowledgeable and supportive therapist provided a progressive recovery. My experience was so positive I continued with out patient rehab after returning home. Thanks Four Corrners for all the wonderful care!

My father was a long-term patient/resident there (approximately 15 years) and that is where he spent his final days. I have never been a fan of nursing homes or skilled nursing facilities however Four Corners is a huge exception. From our experience, the staff has always been built with top-notch, caring and dedicated people that were always like family that always seemed to have a lot of compassion. They added immensely to my fathers quality of life. They were very focused on his needs and comfort and.....my father was happy there!!! I cannot say enough good about this facility and their great people right down to their accounting office. We lived several states away but they always stayed in touch and treated us like royalty when we would visit. We actually miss the staff.

What a wonderful experience and such a surprise. Having to recover from a fractured leg I needed to be in a nursing home for three weeks. On every level I have been delighted and impressed with consistent first rate care from knowledgeable RNs, Aides and ReHab staff. Durango,CO can be well proud of this needed facility. Even the food was healthful and varied.

Some of the staff are very disrespectful and straight up rude. Even worse when you run into them at the grocery store or walking down Main Ave.The smell of urine and feces permeates the facility.No AC, I hope you like it 88 to 90 degrees inside in the summer.The food is worse than any school lunch Ive ever had.There are a few people on staff that mean well and do a good job, but much more that obviously hate their job and take it out on people that stay there.

A nurse that works here - Khris Agnos - dont let her assist any one you love. Shes nasty and extremely rude. She speaks down to people and treats people extremely bad. Shes very entitled and nasy. I wouldnt trust her with anyone I cared for. Not a nice human being at all. Go elsewhere if you care for your loved ones.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE FOR YOUR LOVED ONE THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR THEM. I PUT MY SISTER IN THIS PLACE A MONTH AGO. SHE COMPLAINED TO ME EVERY DAY THAT SHE WAS NOT GETTING THE PROPER CARE. CNAS, RN AND MANAGEMENT WERE VERY RUDE TO HER. SHE HAD OPEN WOUNDS AND THEY DID NOT TREAT HER SO SHE DIED OF A MAJOR STAFF INFECTION. PLEASE SHARE THIS WITH YOUR LOVED ONES. REGARDS FORMER EMPLOYEE
