The best! I drive 4 hours each way just to see Dr. Saddler. Im sure he has patients with much worse kidneys than mine, but you would never know it. He is as thorough as they come. Very personable, too.Nurses and office staff are great!

I have 5 different doctors and have had about 20 throughout my entire life. Dr Helms is the most caring and empathetic Dr I have ever had. She shows real concerns about the issues I am facing, and takes action with the ones she can do something about.She is incredibly knowledgeable about nephrology, and many other areas of medicine as well.She also commands respect from her colleagues, I have heard other doctors say Well if Dr Helms said to do it then thats what Im going to do.Her nursing staff is equally as caring, responsible, respectful, and knowledgeable as she is.It is not possible for me to rate Durango Nephrology any higher, because if I could, I would. I dont normally give reviews, because I dont often have anything nice to say about my experiences, but in this case it is worth it.

Extremely friendly and helpful office. Dr Marcuccilli is a wonderful and caring addition to the group. They keep me healthy, One of the few health groups that really do care.

Dr Helms and her office staff were friendly, professional, and followed COVID guidelines. I really appreciated Dr Helms for explaining everything in detail for my husband and I.
