Doc lake he cares about his people hes very careing understanding i would recommend any one to him

I injured myself in 2016 and had problems with my ankle since that time. I had seen a couple of Doctors but never got the relief or help I needed. I decided to give Dr. Hugentobler a try. Boy am I glad I did! I had surgery in 2019 to repair damage. I am doing better and have received great care from the crew at Four Corners Foot and Ankle. Dr. Lake has also seen me for followups. I have been been a patient of Dr Hugentobler since spring of 2019, for foot pain following an unsuccessful surgery by another surgeon. I have received excellent and professional care from Dr Hugentobler. He has taken whatever time was needed to listen to and address my concerns. I have found his conservative incremental approach to addressing my chronic problems to be the wisest. I am very satisfied with the care I have received. Both he and his staff has responded quickly and efficiently to any unexpected complications. His staff is wonderful as well. The whole office exhibits a great deal of professionalism and compassion.

I cant recommend Four Corners Foot & Ankle enough for their professionalism of doctors, medical assistants and staff, caring about the patient, timeliness on appointments, cleanliness of facility and actually doing a GREAT job!!!I was referred to Dr. Hugentobler by Durango Dermatology. My leg and ankle had a serious wound on the leg and ankle that was very painful. I had been elsewhere in Durango and they didnt help, but made the wound worse. Dr. Hugentobler started treatment immediately. He is so caring and gentle while handling the wound and actually cares what the patient thinks! I highly recommend Four Corners Foot & Ankle to anyone who needs foot, ankle and leg attention.

Dr. Hugentobler is phenomenal!!! I have been suffering with ankle pain (bone on bone, arthritis, etc.) well over 10 years. After meeting with him an ankle replacement surgery was the next step. His professionalism, passion, compassion and knowledge in his field is outstanding! He answered all my questions and guided me through the pre-operation, post operation and recovery. Dr. Hugentobler should be your first choice if you are experiencing any issues with your feet or ankles!!!! Do not put off making an appointment!!The convenience of having an office in Farmington is also an advantage to not having to travel to Durango! Each and every nurse, office staff and support staff I encountered in his Durango office, Animas Surgical Hospital and the Farmington office were pleasant, caring and professional. Doc did a great job. Surgery on my toe was successful. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the shots to numb my toe were excruciating! I almost bailed on the surgery because the room started to spin and I thought I was going to throw up. Is there no other way to numb up a toe? Acupuncture? Why not offer short term anesthesia?

If you need the best then go see Dr Lake. he is very professional & Polite. his staff is top notch he explains everything before he does anything, he talks with you so in-depth that if you have questions you feel that you are free to ask. he doesnt mind at all, he will go out of his way so you feel comfortable.

I have been very impressed by the level of professionalism that I found at this office. I also found Dr. Lake to be very interested in making sure I understood everything about my injury and what I needed to do to see that my healing was as quick as possible. He even saw me two days after my initial appointment to check out the shoes Id bought and answer questions that had come up since my diagnosis.

I highly recommend using Four Corners Foot and Ankle if you have any sort of foot condition. Dr, Lake is so wonderful he makes you feel incredibly comfortable. I was very self-conscious of my foot condition but the doctor put me at ease instantly and the whole staff is the same way. I had a very very high quality experience at Four Corners.

Dr. Lake was great with my 97 year old Mother. She has really bad feet and hates to have them worked on. She was very pleased with Dr. Lake and is willing to go back which is unusual for her! I would recommend him.
