I loved my first ever professional massage with Haley of Inner Mountain Bodywork and Massage. Not only is Haleys office warm, relaxing, and tranquil, but she has a very professional and calm manner in communicating and performing work on her clients. She specifically will ask how youre feeling and maybe what parts of the body should be massaged and worked on most. Ive been having quite a bit of neck pain, and I left my first session feeling refreshed and pain-free, not to mention all those horrendous muscle knots from pent-up stress over the years, now gone! I would highly recommend Haley for any of your massage and bodywork needs.
