Dr. Koch is polite, intelligent attentive, good at listening and problem solving and it is clear that she cares about her patients. Overall, she has a friendly and professional bedside manner and is thorough. Glad to have her as our family Primary.

Absolutely horrible, have been trying for 2 months to get a correct order for a test. 5 or 6 phone calls later nothing, and you have to wait on hold for this terrible service. These medical providers are scary especially during Covid.
