I came for my appointment and was told I wasn’t allowed to bring children into the exam room due to Covid. I’m not sure who exactly is supposed to watch my children, but I wish they would have told me this before I drove 60 miles for my appointment.

If you can find anywhere else to go, please go there for better service. They have no problem leaving callers on hold for 10+ minutes, allowing you to stand in front of them for 5+ minutes without checking you in, then canceling your appointment and blaming you for being late. They also “lost” my first appointment, but offered to reschedule me for 4 weeks later, after I reminded them a 3rd time of my name 🙄🙄Avoid if possible, especially if you’re expecting.

Dr. Elizabeth Baca went out of her way to be as cold and uncaring as possible when I had an appointment with her shortly after my mother had passed away. Horrible, hateful woman.

Nancy the PA has been wonderful to work with. When I had a problem the office manager was quick to reach out and offer solutions. The front desk staff is unfriendly and rude which was the main reason for my initial one star review. I’m hopeful they will resolve this for myself and others. Spouses are not allowed due to COVID and the overall experience because of these combined factors had been somewhat negative. I am hopeful that the solutions offered will help me to be comfortable continuing care here.

Not only is the billing process a mess, but I called to place a yearly check up for my IUD and was told, I should reconsider coming in because of covid. I’m sorry but 9 months of pregnancy & 18 years of a child is going to be a lot longer than having a cold. I didn’t take it lightly either because I have had iuds slip out without my knowledge before.Switched my doctor after that call, they clearly aren’t in the best interest of their patients.

I am incredibly grateful for the compassionate and exceptional care provided by the Physicians, PAs, and NPs at Four Corners. From my prenatal care to the beautiful delivery of my son by Dr. Lasich, every aspect of the care provided has been professional and empathetic. Dr. Berarducci provided incredible care throughout most of my complicated pregnancy. I had many questions and concerns during my pregnancy, but always felt well informed and supported by all of the providers. I am forever grateful to have such an exceptional OB group in our small community.

Went from a negative to a positive after seeing Dr. Todd. I was initially seen by a PA for a difficult procedure that I had explained when scheduling. PA was unaware of the difficulties and wasn’t ultimately able to do it. I was rescheduled with Dr. Todd but still billed for the full price of the original procedure with the PA despite needing to come back to actually do it. Went back anyway and saw Dr. Todd who was the best gynecologist I’ve seen yet. She was patient, kind and attentive but also very determined to solve my issue and get me on my way. She also chose not to bill me again after hearing that I was billed the full amount the first time. I highly recommend Dr. Todd but would be weary of others in the office (particularly PAs).

Updating my review in good faith, I kindly request that someone from the practice reach out to me to resolve my issue.

My sister goes to Durango for her pregnancy because she wants the best care. So far the midwives have been great to her, but she is always complaining that the obgyn office is rude to her. She travels to get to these appointments and they make no exceptions for that. If she is even a little late they make her reschedule and speak to her as if they are inconvenienced by this. Her first visit they rushed the ultrasound and didnt even talk to her during the process. Im posting her complaint because I feel that she should be treated better as a patient and not treated as a burden.

Fantastic practice! We are having our first baby and every visit here has been better than we couldve hoped for. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff members who always go above and beyond to answer our questions and make us feel comfortable and welcomed. We drive a very long way to come here for our prenatal care and its 100% worth it.

After switching from another care provider this place was a breath of fresh air. The facility is nice and neat, staff was very polite and great with my children who had to come in with me after my husband had to leave for work quickly and was unable to come with me. They did send my RX to the wrong pharmacy but it was fixed within minutes of me calling to tell them...my very young children kept going the wrong way as we were being led out of the ultrasound room and the tech was quick to just pick one up like he was hers and carried him to where we were supposed to go...I cant thank you guys enough!

Sarah is the best! Patient and understanding. She listens to your needs and helps you. She listens with a caring ear and remembers details about your situation, she really seems like she is here just to help and is a wonderful lady to see to help you through difficult medical situations.

I would recommend Four Corners OB/GYN to everyone! What an amazing group of caring and brilliant women. Dr. Palmer delivered my baby girl and I could not have asked for a more supportive and thoughtful Dr. Not only did she make me feel safe and well taken care but she genuinely cared for my well being. I am so blessed to have been taken care of by these women.

The gynecologists at Four Corners lack compassion and concern for their patients. I have visited with multiple gynecologists, only to have my painful medical problems dismissed or invalidated. Very little to no monitoring, rushed visits, egotism, and arrogance. Theyve made rude assumptions before a single word even came out of my mouth. Its as if they wrote lost cause in my medical chart. If you have complex gynecological issues, I would recommend seeking treatment elsewhere.Technicians and receptionists are nice. No complaints there.

If you need anything beyond a simple examination I would go elsewhere. I have no faith in their abilities to handle anything more complicated than that. both of those stars are for Dr. Palmer, who performed my emergency surgery properly and was great and Nicole who works for her and was lovely. I had most of the other doctors, PAs, MAs, and nurses on my case and they all let me down. I had anxiety even returning to the clinic for a follow up. I fear what I will have to do to get proper care in the area when I have a successful pregnancy.

Update: After my experience here the manager reached out to me to make it right. I was seen again by a different doctor who was very helpful and answered all of my questions. She suggested an IUD to stop my painful periods, which was a procedure completely covered by my insurance. So far so good, my symptoms have improved immensely. Though doctors are usually difficult to communicate with the doctors at the practice were very kind and informative. I was very pleased with the resolution of this experience and will absolutely be coming back in the future.********I came in because of severe period pain, to the point where I am bedridden and unable to walk. I came in and laid down on the table in a fetal position, crying, when the doctor told me that the endometrial polyp they had found a few weeks prior was definitely not the cause of my pain. She also refused to remove the polyp they had found, saying that theyre difficult to diagnose from an ultrasound, so that might not be what they found in the first place.As a person with debilitating pain I was pretty disappointed to be written off without them even pretending to do a test. All she said was to take some ibuprofen. WedMD has better reccomendations than that. Guess Ill be finding a different healthcare provider.

So far I have been on and off with this office. I moved partially through my pregnancy and was worried, they got me in right away and seemed caring. I filled out the necessary paperwork for my first visit, was seen, then judged for something my last OB said was ok. Not a problem each person has different opinions. Went in the second time, had to fill out the paperwork again. When I asked why I was filling out the paperwork again the front desk lady just shrugged her shoulder, so I took the paperwork and re-filled it out. Worried that my SS# and other important info was on that paperwork I again asked about the first copy. Again, just dismissive responses. Move on to a couple weeks later. I had to switch health insurance carriers and notify the office, they take my insurance card and new phone number yada yadA. Well a couple visits later they again ask for my insurance information and said that they had been trying to reach me to ask some questions. I explain that I had already given them this information and instead of taking responsibility for the mistake. They tried to pin the blame on me for not knowing that they had the wrong information. Fast forward yet again, I was going on a trip before my third trimester and they give me my prenatal record. It has wrong information on it. I attempt to tell the nurse and she just talks to me like I dont know what im talking about and that the information in question was correct.(not going into to much detail but I called sara After and she explained that the nurse was wrong and they would fix it in my chart). All in all, the care is good not great( my last OB was phenomenal) the paperwork situation is terrible and you have to make sure everything is put in correctly or face them losing sensitive information (praying my identity doesnt get stolen) the wait times incredibly long( they have a sign that says let us know if youre waiting 10 mins past your appointment time. If you tell the front desk ladies though prepare to be met with rudeness) but I would recommend. Sarah is caring and her main nurse is funny and understanding. I havent met a Dr yet though and im in my third trimester now. (Am scheduled to see Dr.)****UPDATE****Since the original review things have changed. Robin saw the original review called to check up on things that had happened. She reasurred me that if I had to re-fill out any paperwork that it was probably shredded. She was very kind and understanding about the issue with the paperwork and said that things were going to be more....organized in retrospect to that issue. As far as any other issue that I have had being a regular patient has diminished these issues altogether.

Navigating a pregnancy with 4 corners obgyn has been a disaster to say the least. From early fear mongering to genetic screening. Overall their communication is garbage and their bedside manner is subpar.They have so many people in and out that they are always late to see you.It takes them weeks to get back with results, but luckily they are posted online for personal review.Unfortunately, half their paperwork and results are misdated and lacking accurate information.They refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes and release records to patients that show said mistakes.0/10 would not recommend

Im usually not a complainer actually never complain at all or give bad reviews but the front desk were very nice and the nurse that did my vitals was very nice but I had I had dr. Todd and she was not helpful and judgmental Ive been trying to have a baby with my husband but Ive been married to for 2 years so Ive been trying to figure out ways to see why I cant have a baby she didnt even talk to me about anything the only thing that she did for me was make me take labs and told me to take vitamins call me back today told me my lab results were all okay and to take care and thats it it was my first appointment in my last one there

Apparantly being in pain and having unproductive contractions for 10 days, and being in misery and pain at 38 weeks isnt enough for them to do any kind of intervention or further methods of help just the same stock answer of sorryCome back next week. Phsycologically damaging and uncaring to say the least!!

I do not recommend this office in anyway. The doctors are rude. And when you go in for an answer and they dont give you one beside birth control. First off thats not helping my pain,bloating or bleeding. I habe now been sent home from work 2 days in a row because Im in pain from something going on in my pelvic area. And these doctors will not do anything for you. Worst place to ever go.

I cannot recommend them enough. Top notch care and professionalism.

4 corners obgyn is an awesome practice. From the MA’s to the doctors I had a great experience through my pregnancy and delivery. Dr Lasich helped me deliver and she was wonderful and so supportive.When I was being discharged from the hospital Dr. Baraduchi came in and talked to me. She was so thorough and thoughtful in her explanations. When she left the room I turned to my husband and said that I had never felt like a doctor had explained things that thoroughly to me in my entire life.Thank you 4 corners!!!

I decided not to use this group. I was halfway through my pregnancy and wed just moved. I was treated like I was clueless and stupid for moving halfway through a pregnancy. Dr. Megan Palmer was rushed, had poor bedside manner. She did not listen to me or my preferences. She didnt even care enough to give me my test results. I got my information through the tech. As a pediatric nurse and my husband as a pediatrician and being cash pay patients, we care to know all my results and be part of making cost effective, intelligent, and logical decisions for the care of myself and our child! It was Dr. Palmers behavior that ultimatley helped us make up our minds not to use this service. Aimee Birgenheier, NP was good. Unfortunately, she would not be the one delivering because she was the NP. So, Ill be going to the Durango hospital only if there is no other choice and requesting a midwife if that is possible.

Dr Priebe is warm, caring, funny and motivational. Love my doctor!

Weve used Four Corners Ob/Gyn for both of our pregnancies, and they treated us like family. Drs. Fredrickson and Lasich were competent and caring in the delivery room, they were great listeners, and even cheerleaders. We felt honored to work with smart and compassionate providers who clearly, were loved by nurses and hospital staff as well. Im grateful to have docs like these women who educate, guide and care deeply about their work. The NPs at the practice were also superb; Nancy guided us through postpartum depression and Aimee helped with questions about genetic abnormalities early on. I trust this practice, their work in our community and their commitment to all of their clients. And if you ever need anything, just ask! We found that they are open to feedback and can handle many different requests at the front desk.

The people were very rude and didnt seem to care about our concerns. Would definitely not recommend.

I like the doctors and nurses here but Ive had frustrating experiences with the office staff.

The ladies are very caring and professional, especially Nancy.
