Do not recommend her . My wife paid $$$ for a consultation with her and was supposed to get followup report. We contacted her many times after because we never recieved it or anything thing said they would. finally we gave up

Dr. Willner seems great based on my initial consult, and I wish I could see her for my issue; however: her front desk is BEYOND awful, has cost me two weeks of delays already, and refuses to own up to it. Doctor, if you read this, PLEASE find someone else for your front desk! That lady is going to drive away more patients (best case) or get you into hot water with insurance/regulators (worst case).If one of my employees lied to a patient multiple times, that person would be SACKED immediately, regardless of unemployment implications. Cant run a business like that.Heres the timeline:On 11/1, I filled out three records requests for different doctors in Farmington, NM for my MRI and for bloodwork. The front desk said she would send those requests that day, and we should hear back either by 11/3 or early the following week.On 11/9, I called to ask for status, and couldnt get through. After several attempts, I left a message asking for a callback.On 11/14, I STILL hadnt heard back, so I called over and over again until the receptionist finally picked up. She stated they hadnt gotten any records from anyone (two weeks in).I then called each provider, and NOT ONE of them had received the records request. LIE#1Between 2-3pm that afternoon, I went in person to each provider and got copies of my records. I asked each one if they had received the requests; they had not! I called Durango Neurological Associates back, and had to leave ANOTHER message, in which I asked for an email to send my records to.11/15 - no call back, so I called the office. Receptionist claimed she had spoken with the practices the morning of 11/14, and that they were mailing the records to her. I told her this is false, as I had been there in the afternoon and they hadnt heard from her. LIE#2Clearly, she was lying; she still denied it. Id believe her if it were ONE doctor, but THREE different offices, all claiming never to have gotten the request OR the alleged phone call from her? Come on.She told me they have no email because were a small office. I told her that is silly; Im one person and I have an email - set up a darn Gmail and let me send something.She would not budge, stating Id have to mail the items (further delay on top of her two weeks incompetence). Also, why would I even need to do that, since she *allegedly* spoke with the providers and they were already mailing the items? Oh, right, because theyre NOT on the way, and shes trying to kick some grass over her mistakes.I have asked my primary care doctor to send a referral to another neurologist; hopefully this one has a competent (or at least trustworthy) staff. I feel sorry for all patients of Durango Neurological Associates.
