I called to scheduled an appointment after being referred to dr Wiley. I have had a life long problem with my tonsils and have trouble breathing and am constantly ill. The lady who answered the phone talked down to me and said to check back in a few months and continued to talk down to me like my problems did not matter. I will never go to dr Wiley’s office due to this. Horrible customer service

Every time I called to make an appointment it seemed like the receptionist was annoyed and wanted to get the call over with. Any old paperwork was just cross off and write new info and not from scratch. Took me back right away which was surprising. Doctor Im sure was doing his job asking questions but interupted alot. Also, expressed strong opinions not based on appointment at hand but on covid which wasnt the point of the appointment or issue that i was there for. Hard to follow, not breaking down basics, not a true clear answer. No good bye, no thanks for stopping by. Not my most comfortable self.

I accidentally missed my first appointment and the office called the next day and was able to offer us something. Dr. Wiley took a lot of time to explain my daughters condition, was very reasoned in his thinking about what to do next, and was very thorough. He answered all my questions very nicely.

Condescending experience. I had a skin test done and before hearing the results he just tried to get me to buy allergy drops.. i wasnt able to get my result until 2 weeks later.

Dr. Wiley is condescending, makes you feel unimportant and that what you are saying is insignificant. I went to him looking to get surgery to repair my septum and it was one of the worst experience at a doctor I have ever had, he made me feel that everything coming out of my mouth was a stupid question. If you need an ENT, go to Southwestern Colorado Ear, Nose & Throat Associates, they are knowledgeable, kind, personable and happy to listen to every question and concern you have.

Since 2007, our family has been seeing Dr. Wiley. Myself for sever allegeries, I’ve had 3 of my 4 children’s seeing Dr. Wiley for chronic tonsil issues over the years. Thankfully they all had tonsillectomy Plus their adenoids removed. Which had a huge impact on their immunity as well as their snoring and sleep apnea issues.

I received new hearing aids from Brady, the audiologist. Brady is very knowledgeable and compassionate. The hearing aids are working very well.

Dr. Wiley helped me when no one else could, or would. I thank God I found him. I Highly recommend him to anyone seeking quality care here in the 4 corners area.

Dr. Wiley is the most condescending and arrogant doctor Ive ever met. None of that would matter to me if he had actually helped me when I saw him but all he did for me was waste my time. I saw him for chronic sinusitis after moving out here from Kentucky. I had already had chronic sinusitis for years and my doctor back home told me I needed surgery but I kept putting it off because I was scared. When I told him my other doctor had recommended surgery, he practically laughed in my face and told me I didnt have issues serious enough for surgery and implied that I didnt need an ENT but a therapist. I saw another ENT in Durango to get a second opinion who agreed with my first doctor that I did indeed need surgery. I had the surgery and it was the best decision of my life and Im grateful that it wasnt him that performed it. I wouldnt recommend him to anyone unless he has significantly changed and learned how to listen to people instead of being an arrogant jerk.
