I made an appointment online and confirmed it via phone. When I showed up for my appt one month later I was told they were not accepting new sets. No apologies, no attempt to reschedule. I had taken off of work for the appointment and wanted them for an event that weekend. Still no attempt to resolve their mistake. Very disappointed.

Kimberly is absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable about her craft! Amazing facials to say the least! She also helped me with scheduling a massage for my fiance with Leigh and it worked wonders for him! Well definitely keep returning to Zen Den while we live in Durango :)

Kimberly is an absolute gem! I moved from Denver to Durango and was a little worried that it would be difficult to find a new “lash master. Well - I found her!!! My lashes are gorgeous and the appointments are always quick - some people take up to 2 hours or more to do a full set - not the case here. Kimberly is an incredibly soothing person and is always extremely professional and sweet. So grateful for Zen Den. 🙂

Ive been going to The Zen Den since Erica first started! She is professional and knowledgeable about all things skincare! I did the Light Therapy Facial and WOW! Not only did it change my emotional state, my skin felt flawless and clean! The facial was a beneficial treatment that helped get rid of the waste and toxins in lymphatic system!I also have her do my eyelash extensions and I feel like a new women!
