Alex was so helpful and nice. I lost a screw to my sunglasses (that I purchased elsewhere) and she happily got a new screw and fixed them for me. Very good customer service!

Alex was an amazing optician, very professional and very personable at the same time. She was helpful, answering all of my questions. I’ll definitely go back to her the next time I need glasses. I left a very happy customer.

My wife and I were recently first-time customers at Walmarts Durango, CO location. I needed single-correction glasses for use at the computer. She needed bifocals. Cherrie, Alex and Cheryl, our opticians, were careful, competent and friendly. There is an extensive selection of frames. Prices were quite reasonable, and our glasses were available within about a week. They came with a hard case, a 60-day refund or exchange period, and a 12-month replacement or repair if damaged. After this experience, we will be back when our vision changes require new glasses.

If I can give 0 stars I would... A while back I tried on a pair of oakley holbrook glasses at a oakley store and absolutely loved how they fit on my face, super comfortable and they fit perfect! I ordered a pair from Amazon and went to the Walmart vision center, got my prescription and waited till my lenses came in. Absolutely no issues till the put the lenses in and they did not fit the same way at all. They were super distorted and even the arms are warped. They messed with them for hours and I had to come back 3 different times. I had to resort to getting a heat gun and trying my best to make them fit my face again. They are still messed up till this day. Every time I clean them the lenses pop out and because I did not buy them from walmart they are not under warranty. I will never go back and highly encourage people to steer away from this place! I paid around 500 dollars just to have some glasses that they ruined! 😡😡😡

I had used this vision center many times in the past for both myself and my son. However, my work recently switched insurance providers whom they were out of network with... not their fault. They called and let me know this and explained my options going forward. They even let me know what optometrists in town accepted my insurance and even gave me options to continue with them. Although I will be visiting a different optometrist this time, I wholeheartedly recommend them as their prices even without insurance are great and their staff from receptionist to the optometrist have always been outstanding.

Customer service here is really bad. First, they never called me to notify me that my glasses were in like I was informed they would do. Second, standing in line to pickup my glasses. I was next in line and was told i’d have to wait since she was going on break and the other lady working would have to help me. Now there’s only one lady working and about four separate people waiting on her. All this lazy woman would have to do is hand me my glasses and she knew this. I’ll never spend another dime in this place.

Awesome optrician she really takes her time with you. Dr. Liu has been mine and my boys provider for 4 years now i apologize if I spelled her name wrong
