My follow up visit with Theresa Rae Gent PA-C was thorough, informative, easily understood and complete in scope.Her work was exemplary and her manner was outstanding. Everything that was important was explained in Lehman’s terms and easy to comprehend. I felt comfortable after our visit and her notes and post visit summary were excellent resources.

Amanda was absolutely awesome. She explained everything that we needed to know. She is very intelligent and it shows in her knowledge. She made us feel very comfortable and answered all of our questions. I gave her a raining at number 5.

Dr Carter is the best Cardiologist I’ve ever met. Today’s visit was to establish as a new patient. He reviewed all my former documentation, we discussed issues important to both of us, he established a plan of action, and was wonderfully encouraging. I feel blessed to have found him.

Tina , at mercy cardiology ( front desk ) is extremely rude. In my opinion at any Doctors office some people are dealing with some of the worse days of their lives. Having to deal with being sick plus, you never know what someone is dealing with. A little compassion goes a long way. Tina doesn’t have the finesse or the compassion to assist patients. She doesn’t listen to The patients nor does she care to. She seems like a hatful drill sergeant. She’s definitely not a team player ... I requested if the other lady that I spoke to left notes on my account? she said it doesn’t matter I’m speak with her now and they are booked . ( which my situation wasn’t about an appointment AT ALL it was about speaking to a nurse ) Side note Miss Tina ... every. Single. Person. That is an a patient at Mercy cardiology completely understands that cardiology is booked out a couple months. We’ve always understood that . However, my request at the time was not about an appointment. She was very rude to my dad ( which is now deceased) ( he was living the worst days of his life at the time .. and was very upset and crying when we got back to the vehicle because of the way she treated him ( he couldn’t answer fast enough for her and she was very short and snappy/hatful with him) when I brought him in for his appointment... completely sad how she speaks to the elderly. If you don’t like your Job Tina... move on. Be completely miserable by yourself instead of bringing others down with you. Plus it’s bad for business for Mercy cardiology. Hopefully, if you call mercy cardiology or have to go in and deal with the front desk. You don’t get Tina. I personally don’t understand why the staff/doctors keeps her. If she’s a good asset Shove her in the back somewhere instead of having her deal with patients.

Dr smoldin was very good and said hes staying there, 👏 the only hiccup was my scripts were called into the wrong drug store but not that big of a deal as I use both drug stores

Im a cardiac patient .I adore your staff in the ICU & especially the gal that does EKG. She is beyond awesome.Chaplin Amy! Shes able to calm me. Shes a love.All the nurses are exceptional .I have to check into Hotel Mercy within the month .Although I dont want to, I know Ill get the best care & your staff will take care of me.With faith, Juls ❤.

Nurse Practitioner Amanda Dunaway was excellent about answering any and all questions I had. She is very articulate and listens to her patients. She is concerned and considerate with her patients. She is definitely an asset to Mercy Medical Cardiology.

Dr. Kim is an excellent cardiologist. We are losing her and the powers that be need to do everything they can to get her back. Are you listening?

I love Mercy Cardiology, but the only drawback is keeping a cardiologist that you know and trust.

Mercy Cardiology has been great to me for the past five years.Im young and needed heart surgery, which they diagnosed correctly (with a referral from my primary care doctor) and referred me to one of the nations top surgeons. The cardiac rehab they offer was excellent.The follow up care has been great as well, though Im on my third cardiologist. That would be my only gripe, that my doctors moved away.Scheduling has also been easy. They call to set appointments and to remind you of upcoming.

I had been to 4 heart dr s. worthless. not even 1 listened to my symptoms or referred to tests that my primary did. my experience with Dr. Carter was a breath of fresh air. he listened to the fact, that my sister died of stroke. 2 of my brothers had major 5 artery bypass. I had some problems and wanted to know if I should live in fear of same. within 21/2mo. I had all answers. all tests and results. this after 3 yrs of shopping Dr s. thank you Centura Healh at MERCY. a great Dr. and Hospital. I feel well taken care of when I go there. Cardiology is THE BEST

Mercy Cardiology always provides a great experience with helpful front desk staff like Kailee and Kim to Lauren and Megan (nurse staff) and of course Sheena and Dr. Kim who are knowledgeable, personable, and efficient even with follow up care. I definitely trust them with my cardiac health care and recommend them to family and friends. Kudos!

I visited this office today and was pleased with the ease of check-in, in spite of covid-19 issues they have to deal with for prevention of Covid-19. Staff was so helpful and so friendly. Dr Eugenia Miller was so thorough in her examine of me, her kindness and great bedside manner and caring to find out all the issues I have been having was amazing. She took her time to evaluate threats, symptoms and what the next steps should be for my treatment plan. I would highly recommend Mercy Cardiologists and Dr. Eugenia Miller and staff are topnotch in their field.

I would appreciate better and more timely communication about expensive medical testing from this office, including: why the tests are necessary, the cost out of pocket, how to schedule them, and what happens during the test. However, Dr. Kim, her MA, and the office staff were kind and professional. I was also happy to have an opportunity to try telehealth (Zoom call from home).

I’m very pleased with my incredibly positive interaction with Mercy Cardiology Associates of Durango, Colorado. My husband and I are full-time RVers going on 5 years and we decided for me to establish myself with one of the cardiologists in this clinic. I suffered a mild heart attack in June of 2019 and we continued to Astoria, OR for cardiac rehab. Due to Covid 19, I have not been able to establish with a cardiologist to meet my ongoing needs. I now am a patient of this very thorough proactive cardiac clinic.

Dr Susie Kim and her associates deserve the best recognition out there. There is no office that would take better care of you than this group!

Nothing but kindness & understanding

Excellent care, concerned nurses and concerned physician . They coordinated with all my other doctors, also explain everything in detail and reasons for advice to follow and what medications are for. What is hospitalized and the cardiac team took excellent care of me.

Wait time is horrible. Custimer service just okay. Appointment scheduled for 10, arrive at 9:45, made an elderly patient wait for OVER AN HOUR to be seen. On top of that, the 3 hour test to be performed required them to fast. Patient is already sensitive to medications, had to take them on an empty stomach, plus additional meds for the testing. Poor time management and no compassion for clientele.
