Residents are constantly getting injured, staff is severely undertrained and management has done nothing. Residents families arent told of the extent of their injuries, so they dont receive medical care. Staff is verbally abusive, hostile, and aggressive while managing the residents. They had 2 covid outbreaks, caused by employees coming into work while sick. This place is an absolute mess.
