I’ve been to Megan for pregnancy nausea and cosmetic acupuncture and she is thorough every time, making sure that not just my symptoms are managed but that my entire body is balanced. She is genuine and engaging her office has such a calm and relaxing energy. She even recommended products/activities for me that could help my whole system be aligned. Highly recommend!

I completed 10 sessions of cosmetic acupuncture! While the commitment is huge, Megan is very gentle, kind and encouraging. After one session my skin was more hydrated than in months, after five sessions some of my tiny lines were gone and after ten, I look ten years younger! Jane, turning 60!Another advantage of acupuncture is bladder control. Who knew? Megan always asks about physical issues that you dont realize can be helped with acupuncture. My sleep was getting interrupted 2 times a night before I was treated. Now I get at least 5-6 hours of uninterrupted sleep without having to get up and go to the bathroom. And, sometimes, like last night ... after an especially stressful work week, I slept over 9 hours! Really, really helps as I age. Thank you.

Megan is AMAZING! I began seeing her a few weeks ago, and her treatments are not only incredibly effective, but also extremely relaxing. My barely 2 year old and I both get treatments from Megan. Shes fantastic with my daughter (and me!) who has seen her on several occasions. She is extremely gentle, encouraging and explains what shes doing while also showing her the tools and process. If Megan sees any discomfort, she doesnt push but moves on. She also treats my daughter with respect and listens to her answers attentively while acting on them. Megan is flexible and works with the moods and changes that my daughter is going through. I discovered Megan through an article in one of the free local weekly published news papers that they have around town. What sparked my interest about her is that she said that with her skills that eventually she could probably eliminate the problem. I have been having problems with my pelvis tilting for 30 or more years now, and between Megans treatments and a chiropractor, I have almost over come my issue with my pelvis. Megan has been a life-saver! She has been very successful in helping ease my back and leg pains. I have seen acupuncturists over the last 25 years of my life, starting in Seattle at the Bastyr Clinic where students learn from master acupuncturists. Throughout the years I have seen many acupuncturists, but none as wonderful as Megan Lott from Durango Acupuncture Clinic. I started to see Megan years ago after struggling with postpartum depression when my second child was born. Megan has a nurturing, soothing and gentle style that has me feeling relaxed from the first moment I step in her room. After being treated for the depression, and with the help of some individually chosen herbs specific to my situation, I started to feel much better! Since then I have continued to see Megan for anything from trouble sleeping, to sprains, to back aches and menstrual cramps. She is knowledgeable about the body and always proactive in giving any advice or suggestions that may help my situation, going above and beyond the treatment room. This, in particular, always makes me feel like she is really looking out for my best interest, even if it isn’t returning to her for acupuncture because I could change my diet or take a vitamin. If you are looking for a wonderful acupuncturist who really cares about their patients, I cannot say anything other than to call Megan Lott right away!
