This is my third visit. The dental device I have works perfectly and is not uncomfortable as I sleep. Susan is clearly very knowledgeable and projects an attitude of wanting to help, is also very personable and is a delight. I give a top rating all around.Joe. J.

I really did have a perfect experience at this office. I have no complaints at all and in fact i was impressed by how streamlined and professional the whole experience was. I came to this office for a mouth device for my sleep apnea after many failed attempts at getting seen at Dr.Katzs office due to her unprofessional front office staff. The last straw was when i showed up for my appointment and they realized they accidentally deleted my appointment but wanted to call it a misunderstanding. Not only was getting an appointment at Sleep Better easy as soon as i walked in i was taken straight back for my appointment which flowed like a well oiled machine. I worked with Susan primarily and this is definitely not her first time getting someone their mouth appliance. I just got my appliance last week and its even better than i hoped. I got a recommendation to this office from the folks who did my sleep study and i am super happy and would recommend you to choose this practice.

This treatment did not work for me. While I think it improved my sleep quality, it altered the position of both my lower jaw and my teeth. My teeth shifted so the only teeth that touch are the back two on each side. Now I need braces to get my teeth back to normal. The mouthpiece caused a shift that sometimes happens. Not pleased with the result.

This is from Stephen Huffs wife (Sandra). I never write reviews, but I must take time to review Dr. Rogers. As a retired health care worker, I have seen medical care decline over the years. This unfortunate decline has caused me to not expect much care at all. With Dr. Rogers, I have been stunned by his actual concern and work ethic. My situation has been complex and a challenge. Each time I had to return for an appointment, I firmly expected him to cut bait and say he had done all he could do for me. But...he did not do this. He continues to try to work out a solution for me. He has gone above and way beyond what would be expected of any dentist. Go see Dr. Rogers if you have sleep apnea. You wont be sorry.

Awesome service. Everyone made sure I knew about the oral appliances, how they work, pricing etc. Great customer service from the time I walked in until I left. Dr. Rodgers was very professional yet funny and kind. Very down to earth.

Service was great as usual. I was called back at my appointment time. Everyone was friendly and all questions were answered. Dentist and assistant may sure I had no additional questions.

Dr. Rogers was very thorough - he explained all the options, the costs, the benefits and continued to answer questions until I ran out of them. I was so surprised when I got a take-hope sleep study unit! The last time I had a sleep study I felt like a marionette hooked up to a hundred wires. This was one wire - a wrist band and a thing on my finger checking O2. What could be simpler?? Waiting for the results and charting a path soon.

Very professional and hi-tech visit to the Sleep Apnea Denstist for a consult on a night guard. I got to touch and hold the diff. products and did not have to do an impression tray ! They did 3-D imaging on my teeth to send to the lab along with a breathing test for nose and mouth. Very Impressed !!!

I was very disappointed going to Sleep Better Georgia. Had I known my insurance was not accepted, I would not have gone through the beginnings of the process and wasted $750 which did not go towards meeting my deductible or even run through my insurance for a co -payemnt for the office visit. I basically went in and a young lady spoke with me about an oral appliance to help with snoring and sleep Apnea. After that a financial counselor gave me the spill about my deductible that needs to be met. From there I signed some documents and it was going to cost me $1500 and I decided to pay half. I took home the sleep study and then waited over 2 weeks to hear that the an oral device was not going to be the answer to my sleep Apnea which was very severe. The bright side was I was referred to Sleep Disorders Center of Georgia which seems to be more compassionate and does take my insurance. I really wish this practice would be more upfront and honestly tell patients that insurance is not accepted before providing services instead of sending a counselor in to talk you into going through the process. SHAME on Dr Rodgers (who I never even met) and his practice!!!

I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner, and seen promptly. Dr. Rodgers explained the process very clearly, and treated me like a valued patient. The staff ladies are not only lovely, but they are very efficient and professional as well. The whole experience inspired trust for me.

Dr. Rodgers is very knowledgeable and understanding when it comes to fitting a mouthpiece. I am having mine readjusted. The mouthpiece is so much better than the CPAP. If you have any doubts about getting started with your treatment, I recommend you have a conversation with him. Also, his staff is great too.

Everything was thoroughly explained to me and I was given the opportunity to ask and have my questions answered. Clean environment. I will be going back to get fitted for a sleep dental appliance.

I had understood that I would see the dentist yesterday as I had had some problems. I do not think he was in the office. Upon checking out I was asked for $60 which had never been mentioned before.I had signed an acceptance form the time before saying that I understood the appliance would be guaranteed for one year. Previously due to problems with the device and tech error I had had to have 2 new guards made.I love the device and couldnt imagine not having it but think there needs to be some consistency in office rules

Dr Rogers and Sleep Better Georgia changed my life! I was not doing well with a CPAP mask and it was not working for me to get a good nights sleep. The dental device Dr Rodgers got for me now gives me relief and a good nights sleep. And Dr Rodgers is one of the most personable and through doctors you will ever meet!

Dr. Rodgers knows his art of sleep dentistry. Very attentive to my questions and concerns. Takes time with me to make sure I have all my questions answered. And although the appliance is not my favorite part of the night, it DOES keep my tongue from falling to the back of my airway. And it IS helping relieve my sleep apnea.

I specifically asked when I scheduled this appointment if your business accepted my insurance and I was told Yes. Well, come to find out, you do not accept my insurance, and, interestingly enough, my new mouth piece would cost exactly what my deductible is!! When I questioned Cathy about the insurance issue, she said she would work with my insurance company to try and get me reimbursed; not the answer I was looking for! I was also asked, How much can you afford to pay today? Needless to say the appointment was a waste of my time and I left. I was given a form to call my insurance company to try and get the device covered. After all of my effort, I felt that is the least THEY could have done!Please educate your schedulers as to which insurance providers you accept and do not accept.

This place is very unresponsive. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea, and was told that the Sleep Better office would contact me to schedule an appointment for a fitting for a mouthpiece. Two weeks lapsed and I still hadn’t heard from them, so I contacted the referring doctor’s office, and the staff there confirmed that the request had been sent two weeks prior, but contacted the Sleep Better office again to remind them to contact me as well as ask them to expedite that appointment. Another three days passed, and I still had not heard from Sleep Better. Any contact would’ve sufficed. After all, I was simply looking to schedule an appointment. Because Sleep Better didn’t seem to be interested in new clients, and wouldn’t extend the courtesy of a simple phone call, I was forced to schedule an appointment with a different clinic altogether. Ultimately, Sleep Better wasted nearly three weeks of my time.

The staff was extremely pleasant, helpful and friendly. The doctor fully explained the process and made me feel relaxed and confident.

Sleep Better Georgia was AMAZING! I was very nervous to go to a dentist in general, but Dr. Rodgers was recommended to help treat my sleep apnea after a bad experience with a CPAP. My appointment was Aug 15th. I was supposed to hear back from them about scheduling my next appointment after they got my prescription. My RX was faxed in before I left the office. I was told that someone would be contacting me. They sent an e-mail message to rate them on this site, Instead , I sent an e-mail back asking them when they will contact me. It is now a week later and I have not heard back, even though I wrote them again. I called also and left a message.

I have had a really good experience with Sleep Better Ga. I do sleep much better and any problems are addessed immediately. I highly recommend them.

My SonoMed device has been life changing for me. I have worn my fitbit gifted watch for 2 years, and up until the time that I first wore my mouth device, I was sleeping on average between 4 and 5 hours. I was nodding off at my desk and having trouble making the trip to my sons home, 5 hours away. Now according to my fitbit, since last Spring, I am sleeping 7-8 hours of clear uninterrupted sleep, and the grandkids say, Gigi doesnt snore anymore. This is great for them and wonderful for me. And best of all the family doesnt worry about long road trips that I make alone. The the big bonus is I hope to live longer with healthier sleep. Thanks to Dr Rogers and to my sleep doctor especially, for sending me to this practice.
