Excellent and prompt service. All service personnel and staff were extremely efficient, courteous and helpful. When we had an issue with a piece of equipment they promptly came to repair it. We highly recommend Family Medical Supply.

Went to the Dunn store to purchase a roller walker. The young lady that helped me knew NOTHING about the product. I was hoping to purchase locally to support the community but wound up going home and going on-line to buy the same thing and got my questions answered by calling manufacturer directly. Questions were simple...such as sizing, how to adjust. Wont ever waste my time again going there again.

Tony was very informative and nice. Very good with explaining the CPAP machine setup. I felt like I could ask questions and that I could call and get help anytime if I had any problems. Very impressed with the customer service at Family Medical Supply in Dunn.

Outstanding customer service from Jamie in the Harnett Co office and Dusty with delivery and set up of oxygen concentrator and tanks . They took the time to explain the system and make sure we all were comfortable with how to operate the system during my moms recent illness. Very caring and dedicated to customer service and care.

Personnel in the office are so helpful and the deliveries are convenient and delivery person was super nice and friendly. I appreciated delivery being made in the morning and not having to wait all day!

There was a lot of miscommunication and in no way did they try to come to terms or to resolve the issue at hand. I was more than willing to continue having my insurance pay for the medical supplies once I received a new primary doctor to refer them. After dealing with the issue for months, they were ok with losing business with me and just having me settle the one bill I had with them versus continued service. I would not recommend going here for supplies for any medical needs. If an issue arises then you might be battling them for quite some time and the issue will more than likely never get resolved and it will come at the cost of your own money and a lot of wasted time on the phone

Mr Tony was very helpful with my CPAP equipment. Answered all my questions, told me the dos and donts of machine maintenance, and even shared his own experience with CPAP therapy. I hate the fact I have sleep apnea but his good nature and helpfulness put me at ease with my situation.

Very unhelpful. Since my husband has become disabled I have found that anything in the medical field is marked up about 5 Xs the actual cost. Went there for a walker. I bought it online cheeper than I could get it from them with insurance. Ive been waiting for almost a month for some other devices and still have no idea when Ill get them. Every time I have called they say they havent received the paperwork so I make a special trip to take them the paperwork and they say they have it already but now their computers are down..that was 3 days ago and I still havent heard from them.

Thanks to Family Medical Supply, and their staff for helping us outside of normal business hours to get a piece of critical medical equipment needed for my grandfather. My family has always relied on FMS whenever we needed post-operative equipment.

They play favorites! If your not friends with the right people they single you out, no matter how hard you work they will find any excuse to fire you! They are the fakest company I have ever worked for! They tell you how good of a job your doing then just let you go and wonder why your surprised! Worst company ever! Not only that but when people are supposed to be working they stand around and gossip about everyone like we’re all in high school. You have to look and act a certain way to be apart of this company and if your not you won’t stand a chance!

They are wonderful and always so helpful Jamie is amazing she will do anything she can to help you. The delivery guys are so kind always prepared.

After speaking to my insurance company I qualify for a FREE Brest pump (TMI) . The insurance company said to go to a local medical supply store and they will take care of the rest. So I went to this one in Dunn... I had all my information ID, insurance card, & a written prescription from my doctor for a pump. They told me real quick that my insurance company won’t pay THEM for the pump! I have BCBS it’s not like it’s an off the wall insurance company! However they didn’t even try to run my card? They just kept telling me “no” . I called BCBS and they said yes they will cover the pump, but since they gave me a hard time at the medical store, BCBS sent me one in the mail for FREE! Thanks for not even trying to help me Family Medical Supply!
