Dr. Glass and his staff are so awesome!! He truly cares about his patients and takes time with us. He has helped me with my dry eyes and macular degeneration when 5 other eye doctors and eye specialists didnt even seem to have time to try options, or either they didnt know other options but he sure did!! Love Dr. Glass ❤

I have been going to My Eyes for years now. I always get excellent care. Dr. Byrd and Dr Glass take great care of me. When more problems come up with my eyes they make sure they keep me informed and make sure I follow up every 3-6 months to monitor for improvements or any further problems that might develop. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their vision!

Current lead times for an appointment are a bit lengthy, but definitely worth the wait for quality eye care and a very professional staff which honestly puts forth every effort to ensure you have a good experience. Super clean and well maintained facility. All staff I encountered were very nice and professional at all times. Dr. Glass is a very enthusiastic and professional doctor who takes the time to explain everything you may have questions on. Brittany, the Optical Specialist, did an excellent job in assisting me with fit, comfort, and managing the add-ons necessary for my glasses, which were a lot given the condition I have. Kudos to you all!

The exam and overall visit was good. unfortunately, I received a promo price for my second pair of glasses and was not informed that the promotion would be over on the scheduled day for payment. . i paid 1k to cover my glasses and contacts for my son, only to learn that the promo ended and now i have to pay the full price over $300 to get the glasses that were offered to me as a free second pair. Yes I am Livid about it . it is disheartening when someone acknowledges they failed to advise you correctly. I originally the 1k covered both pairs and the contacts. now I have a pair that i need in order to work and cant pick up the glasses. Im very disappointed that the price i was quoted was not honored. there was absolutely no attempt to fix the issue. Instead i was told the promotion ended on the same day i paid. So why would you schedule a payment date on the expiration date? it is unacceptable and that was very Deceptive. it was a bait and switch! You had no problem taking the payment. Apologizing doesnt fix that. the only reason I gave these stars is because the exam was thorough and the optician was very nice and professional. in a nutshell- was guaranteed the price included all, i even asked that questions specifically, and that was not the case when i made the payment. Im still very disappointed. I am wearing my everyday progressives but they are for use on the computer so i can do my work. that was the whole point of choosing the second pair. smh

Im absolutely impress on the service. Everyone was so nice and down to earth and explained everything thoroughly. Im very please with my experience with them and confident that my eye sight is in great hands.

BEWARE. High pressure will come from several people to get expensive add-ons to your glasses ($700-$800). They screwed up my bi-focals (trying to get me to come back for expensive progressive lenses) and now I can hardly read a prescription bottle.

They canceled my appointment without my consent n I needed my appointment because it’s on my CDL CLASS A LICENSE TO HAVE CORRECTIVE LENSES!!!! I roll out tomorrow and I can’t see I WILL NEVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR N I MEAN NEVERRRRRRRRR GO BACK TO THEM !!!!!!

The staff inside the office are great, helpful, polite. The number you call to set up appointments are awful. Rude, pushy, do not listen. Its a hassle to come here because I have to go through them to do it.

Wow, is all I can say. #1 they actually figured out what my insurance could do for me. #2 they ordered another color of frames for me. They were willing to look and see if the frames were available. #3 we will never go to Lens Crafters again..no more getting ripped off. Same glasses, same Rx, same frames, copay $200 cheaper??? #4 we actually live closer to another one of their locations and they will send my glasses there for pickup. Whats not to love? Thanks MyEyes. Im telling everyone.

We are so highly impressed with the customer service, patience, and kindness shown to my wife who has anxiety and ptsd. It’s hard to find such patience and kindness these days. I highly recommend this Place and love it so much, would drive up to an hour if needed to come here! Thankfully, we live only a few minutes away. But it is worth the drive, if you had to, just for the excellent customer service, clean & modern environment, and high quality eye wear. We’ve found our permanent eye dr. And I plan to tell all my friends and family about this place!

I have been here two different times, for which my son and I needed immediate eye attention. Both times we have been, we received fast and excellent help! We didn’t even have an appointment and they were able to get us in to be seen by the doctor. Both the doctors were very nice. I will be coming here again!

I love Dr Byrd and Dr Glass. However,I do not like the staff they have now. I went in about 10 minutes before lunch. I just needed my frames adjusted and a screw replaced. I dont know the females name that I had to ask for help from. She told me to sit in one of the high chairs. Then she was walking around looking at tags on frames and acted like she was lost and didnt know what she was doing. And the other staff were standing over by the check in desk. I was on my lunch break. No one seemed interested in helping me. I just walked out. I will take my business elsewhere. My husbands eye doctor office will fix them for me.

I love this place. I have a lazy eye that does not like change. Stacy and Suzanne would not let me give up on progressive lens. They adjusted listened and helped me transition into my new glasses. Stacy even checked back with me to make sure I was doing well. It took awhile and they were very patient and very attentive to my needs. I will never go anywhere else!! Dr. Glass is pretty amazing too!!

Both my husband and I had our exams done here and were very impressed with the customer service! I cant believe I used to drive all the way to Raleigh just for an eye exam when I couldve been going to a place so close to home. I absolutely loved the Christian atmosphere, and couldnt be more pleased with everyone who worked there. I highly recommend the Dunn location with Dr. Alan Byrd.

The people are very nice and i like the way its a Christian based dr office has bible verses here and there.....but the wait was kinda long but over all i am taking my daughter here again and will take my other kids there in the future.

My husband hurt his eye and the DrLesnoff was wonderful..This office rocks.met us after hours emergency to help my husband..very nice...
